They Can’t speak English. Don’t know anything about pizza bases etc. boss man hiring staff like that is pathetic. Can’t even order a pizza over the phone!!!

Chickens alright, fries alright. Pizza however. From a base that doesn’t base, dry tasteless sauce, lifeless toppings to the artificial cheese. Absolutely horrific. Made me want to reconsider all of my life choices and build a reputation that is based solely on positive outcomes from now on. I would have never looked at life from such a perspective if it wasn’t for that pizza that gave me a near death experience and and an hour on the toilet. So thanks for that pizza. Made me appreciate life a whole lot more. Really, made me a new man. If you suffer from depression, you’re one Shadwell pizza away from feelings of hope and motivation because I assure you, nothing is more depressing than forcing a slice down, not even for survival from hunger.

Awesome service and treatment by Ajit who works at front of house and serves customers. He is kind and greets customers with the same energy even when nearing close. Brownie points for serving fries fresh and hot when pro actively when they got cold. Reasonably priced menu. Lack of seating and dining area makes it a collection only restaurant.

the after school meals were nice 2 pound for a chicken strip burger. the strips were tender and crispy with the mayo complimenting the taste of the meat. the patty was nice soft and juicy and the aroma was overall a 10/10 the only reason i take a star away is because i got opps in ends . location is 3/10

Their chicken is dry and crispy which is quite good. The price is reasonable. The only issue is the salt is too much.

Where do I begin... Guy in the shop was rude and just kept staring for some reason. The food was not even good enough for rats and foxes. I had strips, wings and chips The chicken wings were vile and were at least a week old, as you can see in the picture. The strips were awful and solid as if they were frozen.. But they weren't because they had just come out the microwave.. The chips was the only decent thing, but the whole thing went in the trash anyway. My stomach was hurting just from looking at it

Chicken was impeccable and bossman set me an extra strip for 30p.

29/09/2020- guy working there was a complete joke. Was on the phone in front of 3 customers for 10 whole minutes! Started to get very rude with myself and my friend. Chicken wings were atleast from 7 yours ago. We asked for some extra ketchup and Mayo as we ordered a few large chips and he got very rude. Please bring back your old staff!! I won't waste my time and money on such service and product! 👎

I bought wings all Burned and nothing with bones very very small

Went there today for the first time since my previous review was a bit disappointed to hear the first words from behind the counter was you will have to wait 20 minutes for chicken but despite the delay I decided to wait was not just me this was also told to another customer that come in afterwards was a bit disappointed with the chicken as it was quite greasy I brought a bargain bucket which consisted of 10 pieces of chicken six chicken strips six spicy hot wings three portions of chips and a bottle of Pepsi Max which came to a total of £17.99. As this is a takeaway there is obviously no toilet facilities there although for disabled people the floor is level which is accessible for disabled people and normally there is spaces outside for cars to park when picking up your food.

This place is cheap and cheerful. The spicy wings and chicken in general tastes much better than a lot of competitors. The pizza they serve tastes good too. They only offer takeaways, so don't go expecting to eat in as there are no seats. The staff are generally friendly and polite. I would recommend if you're looking for a chicken and chips takeaway.
