The best restaurants serving Default food in Purley Croydon London

This restaurant has been gone for ages! Sadly before I had a chance to try it. Replaced by some sort of "fusion" place.

Welcoming cafe/restaurant that does Port, Madeira and Moscatel wine, when available by the glass. The cakes are heavenly especially the red velvet one, and the decaf mocha is really good.

People fighting/insulting inside the venue the entire evening. Management/security didn't seem to care. Will give it another try as it's a local bar but this first experience was very bad.

Racist pub. They let the whole of my team in by when it came to me it was all of a sudden ‘too late’ & I had to leave. Disgusting treatment I hope they go out of business soon.

Used to be a Witherspoon's. The prices have gone up (to 'normal' prices) but the variety has gone down , only 1 ale on when we visited. Still ok though.
