The best restaurants serving Default food in Fenland East of England

Staying at the nearby Secret Garden Campsite we popped in as a family wanting refuge from the rain and campervan cooking ! This place was simply amazing. I was really dubious as the menu is quite big which is often a warning sign. However I couldn’t have been more wrong, our server a young blonde lady was excellent, super attentive making sure we were topped up with drinks, the food was spot on, couldn’t fault anything we were served. My daughter had a garlic pizza bread starter, wife the meatball starter and I had some calamari, mains was arabiata, Ravioli and a diavola pizza, all perfectly executed. Portions are probably a little too large if anything and the kicker came at the end…….. when I paid I was so convinced I was under charged I went back as I felt guilty. Turns out there was 25% off Mon-Thursday that we didn’t know about. If you are in the area this place is so worth giving a go!

A super little cafe with lovely staff. A wide variety of fare on the menu. I just had tea. This was really reasonable priced plus it was roasting hot compared to other establishments. Well.worth a stop.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Staff were extremely friendly and it was good to have table service. We ordered the Vegetarian breakfast which was delicious and included 2 vegetarian sausages, hash brown, egg, beans, tomatoes and beans plus 2 rounds of buttered toast. The service was fast and the food arrived piping hot. When in Wisbech I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had! I’ve ordered twice now and it’s been spot on both times. The food is always fresh, tasty, and arrives quickly. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Prices are really reasonable too. The prawn toast is hands down my favourite thing on the menu – it’s unreal! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great little pub, good for socialising and watching sports! If you’re near the area definitely worth going in, great staff and overall atmosphere 👍

Never ate here but will try it in the future next time I'm in the area.haves been in the area and never came across this pub but drinks lovely and friendly staff.

Popped in for a sandwich and wasn't disappointed. Ordered chicken mayo with salad and it came in this huge piece of French stick, presented nicely, tasted great and very reasonable price. Friendly professional staff, will definitely come back.

Excellent service and good coffee and cake. A hidden gem. A little quiet though customers moving through at regular intervals. Always Judge an eatery by the cleanliness of the toilets. These were 1st class.

This is a really nice coffee shop with a room of board games to play and very friendly service. Nice cakes as well

On behalf of Leverington short mat bowls club I would like to thank the staff for their polite efficiency and good service. As expected the fish and chips were as usual of a very high standard and all twenty diners were very pleased. Would recommend to everyone, such good value.

Alot of time is taken getting the food just right. It's a 5 stars from me.

This was lovely apart hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very clean.

Wonderful place to view the sunset, had a lovely Friday evening.
