The best restaurants serving Default food in Buckhurst Hill West Epping Forest East of England

Absolutely disgusting food there was hair in my food couldn’t eat my food phoned up to have it replaced the customer care was disgraceful didn’t even offer to deliver and make a replacement paid £40 and it was disgusting got told they will deal with the complaint tomorrow DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOULL BE VERY DISSATISFIED ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!

A friend and I went for a meal last Monday 30th January. We arrived at 8.15pm and our order was taken very quickly, but not one thing was right. Both my friend and I ordered the vegetable and pasta soup, which on a positive note was delicious. However, my friend did not receive his at the same time. He waited patiently, then after ten minutes asked where it was. The waiter apologised, admitting he had forgotten. I had finished mine by then as my friend had asked me not to wait for him. For the main course, my friend ordered the vegan spaghetti bolognaise and I ordered pizza. My friend said his meal was tasteless and could have been hotter, and my pizza was barely warm, so I sent it back. I was promptly told that nothing could be done as the kitchen was closed (at 10 past 9?) so I mentioned that surely he still had access to a microwave. He commented that they don’t usually put pizzas in the microwave (Erm - I wanted it warmed up) but he did. For too long, though, as it was tough and inedible, so left it. We also asked for a jug of water. Along came a small jug despite there being two of us, and two dirty glasses, so we asked for two clean ones, which were then provided and should have been provided in the first place. Back to the jug, it was clearly a jug for one and not enough water for a whole glass each. For dessert, I ordered tiramisu and my friend ordered cheesecake, both of which were fine, but we had expected dessert spoons to eat with, not teaspoons… We had a 25% off voucher, which was why we chose Prezzo, but we will not be choosing the Buckhurst Hill branch again. The staff seemed in a rush to get rid of the customers who were left, so we didn’t order coffee, nor did we leave a tip, nor will we be returning, despite not being charged for the pizza I didn’t actually get to eat. Appalling service from a well-known and reputable chain.

This café is located 5 to 10 minutes from Buckhurst Hill Underground Station and is situated on the high street (Queens Road). It features a clean and modern décor inside. There is an ample number of staff, who are hospitable and assistive with the menu options. The quality of the food and drinks is excellent, albeit at a price that is above the average for café dining. However, this aligns with the standards of the area. Overall, it is a lovely, quiet café with outstanding produce for patrons to enjoy at a price.

Fancied a Chinese with my boyfriend was the best take away food was 100 percent. Would definitely recommend this Chinese, and I’ve had top class Chinese. This was good 👍

Always a good meal, never gad a bad one. Good selection of the usual and specialities

Ordered chicken doner and chips. Live 5 mins away, got home and it was all freezing cold. Chips were hard, probably left from lunchtime, salad was limp and again probably left from day before. Haven’t been here for a while and definately won’t be going back.

We had an early dinner on Saturday, very disappointed with it...The carvery deck was full of spillings of vegetables..Vegetables where dry and didn't look appetising, gravy station dirty..Especially i worked for Toby's myself..So i know the standards.. Not very happy..Thinking twice to go back to this restaurant...

The costa itself is good, however beware of parking in the waitrose car park directly opposite if you plan on staying longer than an hour and a half, i didnt see the hour and a half warning and have since recieved a £95 fine!!! There really should be a carpark with a longer permitted time for customers to use, an hour and a half isnt enough for cafe customers to use especially as i went there to work from my laptop! Ridiculous.

Ladies meal out and what a disappointment… had to ask for cutlery and condiments.. soggy bruschetta and pizza partially burnt and extremely lacking in ingredients… added to this the chef seemed to be having a bad day at the office!!! Kept dropping pans and lids and seemed exasperated.. will not be back
