Esta es la segunda vez que pedimos a Golden Kitchen y, de nuevo, no nos decepcionó. Pedí 3 x menú fijo para uno (que tiene una fantástica relación calidad-precio) y medio pato crujiente. El tamaño de las porciones era excelente, tanto que nos sobró suficiente para el día siguiente. Nuestra comida estaba lista para ser recolectada solo 20 minutos después de que hicimos el pedido por teléfono. No puedo alabar lo suficiente a estos chicos; sin duda la mejor comida para llevar chino en Uddingston.

Food is always very nice and tasty. Great selection of dishes and always fast delivery. Love their rolls - always come very well made.

Always nice to discover a new place by chance. My friend and i were heading for breakfast at Wetherspoons Main St. Rutherglen but they were closed due to a water stoppage. At a bit of a loose end for options, a stranger recommended Niu Cafe in a side St off Main St. All the time i have lived in nearby Kings park and i never new this quaint little place existed. Seemingly, operating since 1999 this small cafe is run by a lovely chinese family. They have an extensive menu catering for all tastes and a special deal childrens 3 course meal. Breakfast is a complete joy, far better quality than Wetherspoons at a similar price. Every breakfast item you could wish for with tea, or coffee and toast included. Portions are huge. A very good deal indeed. Niu is situated on Greenbank St. A very short distance from Main St Rutherglen.A return visit is on the cards

My friend and I went for afternoon tea yesterday the staff were lovely but not afternoon tea we expected and had in past must say it was lovely Quality

I went here with my partner for an evening meal and was very disappointed following the number of positive comments from other diners. The food felt extremely processed and the chicken was extremely tough and overcooked in both of our dishes. The decor is nice and the beer was good but the food was not. The staff are very attentive but overall I was unimpressed.

Great take away at great prices and they cater for coeliac diets. Everything freshly cooked to order. Our go to when we want Chinese.

The lucky star has changed management, it's now called hot wok and has a new menu. It used to be a fantastic chinese but sadly we weren't impressed with the food. We ordered a chicken curry, fried rice, chips, onion rings, a chicken Maryland snack meal and battered salt chilli chips. The curry wasnt very nice, it was like gravy and the chicken Maryland was just 1 peice of chicken with chips, not worth the money and certainly not a proper chicken Maryland! The battered chips were ok but nothing like I've had elsewhere and delivery took 1 hour and 10 mins, when I was told it wouldnt take long and they weren't busy. Doubt we will be back?

I recently got a chicken chow mein from Viva Garden in Prestwick as this is our go to Chinese restaurant. I ordered the takeaway and picked it up. I was so hungry and couldn't wait to get home to enjoy it after working over 13 hours. I took the first bite and thought ok, average . I had another 2 bites of it and had to bin it. It was disgusting. Chicken was slimy and tasted vile and noodles weren't much better. I am so disappointed as I've had loads of takeaways from here . In hindsight, I should have taken it back but by this point I was barely on my feet. Ended up with a slice of toast . £9 totally wasted Thanks Viva Garden. 😕

Great local takeaway. Food always freshly made. Good sized portions and fast service. Operates on a cash only basis nowadays. Would highly recommend their beef,ginger and spring onion dish with fried rice.

Best chinese in Glasgow so far! The beef with asparagus and Szechuan vegetables are my favourite, full of 'wok hei'. Amazing meal especially for CNY. Duck was so-so, bit small for the high price. Next time we will try the sets.
