Ordered a takeaway from here first time ordering from here and it’s was very poor! Hubby had chicken Maryland and was dry and banana fritter etc was in same bag as the chips! Chips were awful! My meal was king prawn curry / fried rice and curry tasted like was full of sugar! Never order again from here!

If this is the best Chinese Alloa can do, not impressed. Lovely reception and friendly service but: Szechuan king prawns was bland, mushy, generic MSG defrosted puree, nothing spicy or authentic about it. Chicken balls were just battered chunks. Dull, tasteless. This ain't Chinatown. Not going back. Sorry.

I have been going to Chinatown for years. And enjoyed the food. However over the past few months there is a decline in the food. I had chichen fried rice and curry sauce. The chicken was very dry and and the rice was cold , the curry sauce was watered down tasteless. I also ordered King prawn curry ,the prawns were overcooked and rubbery and again the rice was cold and sauce was like soup. Sorry Allan you need up your game . I won't be back

This place has changed. It is terrible. The prawn toast greasy and overcooked. The chicken they use is in cubes not sliced . Obviously frozen. No veg in chop suey. Too much msg. This is the second time I have used under new management. I was a regular customer, but never again. Meal ended up in the bin.
