Ive been going here for over 40 years. It has hardly changed a bit. I like the way they do their chicken in the curry and the chips are usually always good. Delivery is good and always still hot

We have been using Hong Kong for years and within the last week they have totally ruined our order not once but twice. First time ordered a kids chicken nugget meal. Birdseye chicken dippers in a tub with chips filled to the brim with satay sauce?! What kid would eat that. Then tonight.. Asked for beef with mushroom, no veg. Get chicken with every veg except mushrooms. Go down and get a new one since delivery time was ridiculous, only to be given chicken again when they were specifically told beef!! Then to have our phone call ignored! Will never be using this takeaway again unless the old owners decide to come back.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years and I ordered a takeaway tonight. We had soup and we both really enjoyed the soup. We were looking forward to the rest of the meal and I am afraid we were very disappointed. We ordered the Spring rolls and I did think that the size had shrunk since the last time we had them but I thought that would be ok. The Spring rolls are supposed to be Char Siu, ham and vegetable. There was no Char Siu and to say there was ham is stretching the imagination. Next course was supposed to be Chicken Chow Mein with satay sauce. Well there was no satay sauce and again there was very little chicken in the dish. Totally disappointed will not order from here again.

Use this takeaway as it is the closest to us. The batter on the sweet and sour battered chicken is a bit heavy but overall it is tasty. The special fried rice and the prawn toast are a good choice and good value for money. Never had any problems with the service or the costs.

Amazing food, very busy, but don’t mind waiting , as food is worth it. First time tried chicken fried rice, didn’t like it. Various ways this can be served.

Where do I start... our usual Chinese was closed so we tried here... our normal order usually £13 was £21.45 here!! I only had a £20 note so had to remove items so I could afford what usually cost £13... then we waited 25minutes and watched customers who were served after us get their food before us...so after paying well over the odds we expected amazing food... well we ordered BBQ ribs and got fatty ribs and the sweet and sour I can only describe as vile! Smelled as strong as alcohol and tasted purely of vinegar... overpriced, waited way too long, and food was absolutely horrible

I order the sesame chicken.....amazing although the portion u get is £6 is a big portion and could be split between 2 people with rice or noodles etc. I enjoy the King snax options on the menu too, basically,half portions of chicken balls, with sauce and rice chips . Pancake rolls,chops/ rice and sauce all under £5 . Loads to choose from. My sister only eats Chinese take out from here, and I'm the same.

You get a good curry just don't order chips they are only half cooked.But the chicken curry makes up for this.price is good.

Made allowances for the fact it was the order takers first day, however she was getting no help whatsoever from fellow staff members. I was in shop for over 30 minutes by the time my order was taken, prepared and presented to me. Fellow customers were also experiencing delays in getting served due to telephone orders being taken. My order also had 1 sauce missing when I checked on returning home. I phoned shop to let them know but line was engaged throughout. Will not be using this shop again.

Recieved the worst customer service i have ever seen from here at the weekend. Phoned up at 6.15pm to place an order for delivery to kincardine, a 10 minute drive away. The young man who took the order didnt tell us how much it was but we paid with card over the phone and he said it would be there as soon as possible. By 6.55pm i phoned back asking if its on its way and he said its in the bag waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up for the next round of delivery's. By 7.50pm - a full hour and half after ordering and a full hour after being told the food was ready and sitting i phoned back to cancel the order as i refused to wait any longer or to eat food that had been sitting for so long. Literally 10 seconds after hanging up the phone the food was delivered and my partner accepted it, not knowing that i had just cancelled it. The shop phoned me back a minute later saying theyve spoken to the delivery driver and was told its been delivered and i was like yeah it was literally 1 minute ago and reminded them that i had already cancelled it and want my money refunded. I was put onto a lady supervisor/manager/owner. I explained the situation and she said that it had been very busy on saturday evening. I acknowledged this and let her know that i worked in catering for the past 6 years and understand its going to be busier at 6pm saturday night but if the boy that took the order let me know it was going to be nearly a 2 hour wait for delivery i wouldnt have ordered. I said that i still wanted something done for the inconvenience and the lengthy wait time, explaing i had already cancelled and would prefer to still have my money refunded to go and get a freshly cooked dinner instead but the lady refused cause it had been delivered so i saod they can phone the delivery driver back (who had only left around 3 minutes before) and he can come and take it back so i can get freshly cooked dinner. She again refused and said that they will take my details and cook a fresh meal for me next time i order. I politely declined and said that i will not be ordering from this takeaway again due to this experience. She was trying to get me off the phone and was saying there was people waiting to order but this is not the priority when you have a dissatisfied customer on the phone. After the 6 years of working in catering i have spent 5 years in customer service and i know what good and bad customer service is. Again i asked for the delivery driver to come and collect the meal and refund my money to which she said again that she will cook the next meal freshly for me which i repeated again i won't be ordering from here again. At this point the lady actually hung up the phone on me. I am completely gobsmacked at this lack of respect, shocking customer service and complete ignorance to what i was saying. I was professional, polite and nice on the phone when i was speaking to her, so for her to hang up on me was completely unacceptable. I tried ringing back multiple times but i was unable to get back through so it seems that this is my only way to try and resolve this issue. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this popular takeaway.
