Worst Chinese I’ve had in ages. Greasy prawn toasts, over-cooked sweet and sour pork, cooked in oil that clearly needed changing) and an odd-smelling Kung Po. The Chow Mein was the blandest I’ve ever tasted. There are far better Chinese takeaways in the area. Will not be back.

Just had aromatic duck which was so dry same as the spare ribs!! For the money we paid thought it would have been much nicer!

My mother lives within walking distance. Food is fresh, tasty and very inexpensive. We order from them regularly. Highly recommend. We order prawn with veg, sweet and sour pork or chicken, dumplings and spring rolls. I steam my own rice. They throw in prawn crackers. I live in USA but I'm in Edgware half the year and am happy to have Lotus House so close

Chicken Sweetcorn soup ordered and the chicken was mouldy, I ate a few spoonfuls before I saw, when i started looking there were quite a few pieces the same... please avoid

Been going to this chippy since I was a young child.. went tonight and ordered my food my partner went the cash machine to withdraw cash while I ordered our food paid before receiving which I've never had a problem with before went back into purchase another item to go with my order to be told I haven't paid when I blatantly did the son of the owner was stood arguing in front of other customers being disrespectful towards myself and my partner when all we wanted was our food that we had paid for, i was being polite and calm when speaking to the son while he was raising his voice in front of his parentswho looked at me and walked off.. a person walked past and told me it's not the first time they've conned money out of customers.. will not being ordering from them ever again. Would rate a 0 star if I could.

Always used this takeaway really good food and value for money but they have to learn its an offence to mislead the public, right across the menu it informs you that you can pay by card in fact you have to spend 25.00 before using a card, i pointed this out and got no response I informed them of the fact they cannot mislead the public and they should remove the menus and correct the this on returning same menu same information so I suggest you do what i did and refuse to pay until they accept the card as per their menu, its a shame as they are letting themselves down

Order placed through Uber eats. Staff very responsive and friendly. The food arrived on time and was piping hot. Copious amounts and very tasty. A meal that will last me at least 2 days ! Would recommend !

Terrible!! Use to be better but has gone seriously down hill. Completely messed our order up - had to go back as they missed 2 meals. Gave us pork balls instead of prawn balls. The house chow mein was absolutely disgusting- we had 2 and they were both left. Will not be going back

Me senté a comer en el restaurante en el primer piso al lado de la panadería, y pedimos arroz con pollo estofado y hongos el plato tomó 20 minutos me dijo la srita. Esperé, comimos a mitad de camino y descubrimos que Mi pollo estaba todavía crudo. Plato de mi novio con costillas de cerdo rosa también tienen. Me sentí indignado y tuve una experiencia terrible.
