Sopa decente. Esperaba más sabor. Quería una sopa picante y no era tan picante como se esperaba. El sabor estaba bien, pero también quería algo más auténtico. No pasa nada. Very disappointed. Had read reviews and had personal recommendations but didn’t meet our expectations. Although less oil than our regular Chinese takeaway there was little taste won’t be using again

Nearly every thursday night we eat here and order the same thing because they do the best chinese curry in weston , Kung Pao chicken and Singapore chow mein good too !!

This has been the best Chinese in Exeter consistently for many years. Not only is the food always great but so are the delivery times, service and prices. They always make the effort to tell you how long the delivery will be and it is always shorter. Crispy chili beef is the best.

Just had aromatic duck which was so dry same as the spare ribs!! For the money we paid thought it would have been much nicer!

Paid for food, tried to add extra, was then asked to pay full total of food, argued with man that it had already been paid and only wanted to add the extra food on which i was about to pay...called us liars infront of our young daughter, banned us from shop, told us to never return again. Asked him countless times to check his cameras and we are willing to forgive him for his simple, honest mistake...he denied everything and goaded us to ring the police. Disgraceful customer services and will now lose plenty of custom due to his deceit and lies...

My mother lives within walking distance. Food is fresh, tasty and very inexpensive. We order from them regularly. Highly recommend. We order prawn with veg, sweet and sour pork or chicken, dumplings and spring rolls. I steam my own rice. They throw in prawn crackers. I live in USA but I'm in Edgware half the year and am happy to have Lotus House so close

Chicken Sweetcorn soup ordered and the chicken was mouldy, I ate a few spoonfuls before I saw, when i started looking there were quite a few pieces the same... please avoid

Worst Chinese I’ve had in ages. Greasy prawn toasts, over-cooked sweet and sour pork, cooked in oil that clearly needed changing) and an odd-smelling Kung Po. The Chow Mein was the blandest I’ve ever tasted. There are far better Chinese takeaways in the area. Will not be back.

Been going here for years would not go anywhere else food is amazing priciest great and staff are lovely and friendly would definitely recommend
