The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Not someone who usually gets fish from the chip shop - often find it too greasy - but these guys have converted me! This is the best fish and chips we have found in the area and is now our go to spot. OK, so the queues may be long but that's a testament to the food...

I’ve lived in London for about 20 years and sampled a lot of food. This place was terrible! Ordered 2 dishes of noodles, one with chicken and one with lamb for my wife. We were each given a small portion of soggy rice noodles topped with very little meat, a bunch of coriander and a cold boiled egg. We both ate a few mouthfuls and threw them into the bin. My recommendation would be to eat in one of the restaurants outside of the market. It’s just as cheap and the food is better!

As a take away food is amazing the best Chinese food I've eaten in a long while. I've recommended it to all my friends and family. Lovely staff adorable food. Well done

We always receive lovely food from Ho Ho in Denton. The food is always fresh and hot when it arrives. The staff are all very friendly, including those delivering. Definitely recommend if you are local to the area.

Delicious, tasty food. Acquiring catering from Komi Palm Restaurant for our event was a very straightforward experience. They had a huge selection of meals on their menu, and the delivery was fast - the food arrived quickly and still steaming hot.

One of the best Chinese takeaways in Gateshead, food is always hot and ready with 15 minutes every time. Only negative is they don’t deliver.

Me and my partner have just had a takeaway from this place (04/05/2024) and all I can say is VERY, VERY NICE indeed! The order arrived at our home within 20 minutes of placing it. The items ordered were all correct, tremendous portions and the food was hot. We will certainly be using this takeaway again and would recommend it as the best takeaway in the area - One certainly not to miss! We’ve ordered from here before and always found the food to be lovely. However on this occasion our usual dishes were hotter than usual and the chicken tasted old. Quite disappointed.

First ever trip to a vegan restaurant it was very nice not the best I've ever had but given it was vegan I didn't feel the need to lie down afterwards so that's definitely a plus. It would help if the menu was more informative - the menu still said 'beef' and 'shrimp' and things like that without explaining what it was which was a bit odd.

Las porciones de comida eran generosas, el shui Mia muy bueno. El resto, aunque era bastante estándar y los precios son bastante caros como 1. 40 para una salsa de curry. El chow mein era bueno, los chips no grasientos.

It is now under new management and the quality of the food has significantly deteriorated. What was one the best curry house in Notts is now one of the worst and the most bland. The curry is now revolting, the rice dry and the chips inedible.

Very friendly service and delicious Cantonese food. Reasonable prices and big portions. Had the seafood hor fun with the ‘breath of wok’. Truly yummy! Also hor fun soup with roast duck and roast meat. Not bad at all. Finally stuffed tofu perfectly done using silken soft tofu and crispy outside. Excellent meal and highly recommended!
