I have visited Chi's many times. Portions are in the extra long containers and rice is included! Elsewhere, you would only get a standard container without rice for the same cost. The quality is consistently good without being excellent I have tasted really outstanding Chinese food cooked by a trained chef, but this is the more average quality. So it's good and plentiful Chinese food for a good price.

Este tiene que ser sin duda la mejor comida para llevar en Sunderland. Créanme que he utilizado la mayoría de ellos. El chow mien no tiene rellenos como brotes de bambú y castañas de agua. Un montón de fideos, un montón de pollo con una gran salsa.

16 Pennywell Shopping Centre Portsmouth RoadPlaced an order on Saturday 5th April ( collection ) and specified to the counter assistant no cashew nuts in the lucky dragon as my wife’s allergic to them , got home and the meal was full of cashew nuts After speaking to the counter assistant she apologised and checked with the back staff who admitted they put the nuts in by mistake and will replace the meal the next day , I asked if I need to bring the meal back with me and she didn’t reply but said come in tomorrow and we’ll replace it for you so I put it in the bin Spoke to the manager the next day who took no responsibility and denied it was there mistake and refused to replace the order and started abusing and arguing with me on the phone They could have killed my wife , disgusted and appalled by the lack of customer care Absolutely shocking service Be careful of these people who only want your money and don’t care about your health Unfortunately I had to give one star but it should have been zero

Brandy LaneOrdered munch box came in a plastic bag. Was barely any salt pepper.chicken in it. Probably 8-small pieces in total Said 4 ribs which consisted of 4 tiny pieces of fatty grisle. Which weren't edible. Chicken balls were OK. But it all tasted foisty. Was not very pleasant at all . Went in the bin unfortunately.
