First ever trip to a vegan restaurant it was very nice not the best I've ever had but given it was vegan I didn't feel the need to lie down afterwards so that's definitely a plus. It would help if the menu was more informative - the menu still said 'beef' and 'shrimp' and things like that without explaining what it was which was a bit odd.

This is our local restaurant. We have eaten here many times and get home delivery about once a fortnight. My husband is veggie but me and my daughter are not. We all love the food. The veggie chicken satay tastes like chicken and all of the food tastes fresh and delicious. The staff are lovely especially Lin the Manager. At lunchtime there is an all you can eat buffet which is cheap and delicious so avoid if on a diet! Overall an absolute gem in Holloway Road. Try it and I am sure you won't be disappointed!

The first time, we visited for lunch, it was great. Good selection, including vegetarian meat and organic rice. With organic green tea and buffet lunch, it came to around £14 for two, excellent value. SO, we took the menu and ordered a home delivery the other night. When the food arrived, it was BAD. The food was nearly cold; it was starchy, gluggy and tasteless. What CRIPY vegie duck, more like gluggy slush… What a disappointment! As it came to ~£26.50 incl. a tip for the driver for two people, needless to say: the menu went right in the (recycling) bin! I'd go back for lunch as it was fresh and good value but I'll never ever order a deliver again! So to summarise: 5 points for lunch, 1 point fo dinner.

This is a great little place. We came here for lunch. My daughter could not beleive that everything was vegetarian- but is was! It was great to have such a selection. The place is spotlessly clean, staff are friendly. We had a large plate of self selected food and 2 freshly blended juices for under £10 each. Couldn't really ask for more.

I was live-in bar/cellar man in this pub in the early 90s.Kings Cross was a dangerous area then but The Swan was a decent pub with meals for the surrounding office workers. Just on Regents Canal. Coming from Ireland I thought it was great that workers were allowed to go for a couple of pints at lunchtime. I was in my early 20s and a good time to be in London. There was a Spanish bar-restaurant in Pentonville Rd and Filthy ManNasty’s up in Amwell St and Minogue’s Liverpool St. Walking up Chapel St Market to Upper St Angel. The 90s the good old days 😀

Generally Good. Not cheap but worth it.They cooked the food in their own way but really cooked. Far more better than a lot of restaurants that using factory food or prepared food. So respect them and will pay a visit again.
