Wouldn’t go anywhere else as they are one of the few places in the area that offer rice noodles that are not spicy, great if egg noodles don’t agree with you. And they are delicious. Just wish there was a vegetable option for a bit cheaper as we have them as a side dish.

Parents have ordered from here for 25+ years. Recently started using them again and the service and quality has remained great. Food is always hot, delicious and clean. Delivery on time and when expected, so glad to have a trusted Chinese in the area. Thank you

Generally the food was nice, but when I order crab and sweetcorn soup. I expected crab and not crab stick.

the one that i ordered was not roast pork thai style, it was pork with mixed vegetables. The sauce of it was too sweet for me.

Shredded chilli beef was vile no beef. Item missing. Quality wasn't great. Very poor.

Roast pork Chinese style was inedible, it was 50% fat and gristle and had a strange sweet going off taste! The rest of our order was ok, but I was left hungry as I couldn’t eat half of my food!

The food was rubbish i ordered fried crispy beef and it was like puffs of batter no beef over all it was disgusting and I will never be ordering anything from them again it was a waste of money £30 nearly and no one could eat it im fuming with it

Not great, mixed. Pal Choi and duck/rice dishes lovely. Crispy chilli beef and crispy chicken both very disappointing. Probably won’t order again.

The food was not completely cooked on one of the orders and unfortunately we were told that as we did not live locally enough, we could not be provided a new, cooked meal. Refund was requested but not a great experience at all.

Just a little over salty for my taste but i enjoyed it tremendously..Early delivery is always good and it was all piping hot.

They've delivered the wrong item - that happens. Called them about it. The man on the phone was polite and apologetic, but didn't want to send me the correct order, because it was a busy Friday night. I offered him to send me the correct order on Saturday evening. He didn't want to do it, because that way how would I return to them the wrongly sent meal. WHAT??? Why would I need to send it back? Would you try to sell it again (I assume yes, because the timing was so important to him)??? At the end the only option I had was to accept a £5 discount with my next order, which I didn't like, because I didn't want to order from them again. Here is the deal: I had restaurants sending me the wrong meal before, it happens. But every time I phoned them, they apologised, sent me the correct meal within an hour, and they've never even mentioned or suggested me to send back the wrong order. Partly because technically they shouldn't try to sell that to someone else (massive food hygiene risk involved), partly because it was sort of a consolation prize for my inconvenience. Restaurants who corrected their mistakes like that saw repeated business from me (and I order weekly at least), because that's how much I appreciate fair dealings. Businesses like this one, who try to pressure me into spending money at their restaurant again after them making a mistake will never receive an order from me again. I've received refund for the wrong meals from Just Eat, but that wasn't how the restaurant handled things, so I don't recommend them.

Disgusting. Waited 1 hour and 30 for delivery past our expected delivery time. Restaurant were uncontactable. Just eat ‘chat’ were too busy to respond. Daughter on insulin hypo’d due to unbelievably late delivery. Food cold on arrival. I had already had to make alternative food for children. Expect full refund

Restaurant failed to note my request for changes to my meal. When I phoned to alert them about the mistake and informed them that I had guests who were hungry. They said refused to do anything as we had eaten the food. I explained it was a late order and as regular customers they could give a discount next time. Well surprise surprise, they said no. Note to self: don't use unreasonable restaurant rated 3 for food hygiene !!!!!

The aroma of the delivery was mouthwatering ! Our meal did not disappoint us , the flavours were as expected - beautiful and everyone’s plate was empty !!!

I was extremely pleased at the delivery time and the friendly service I recieved. However the food was a let down. I had never seen chicken wings that bad; where the batter coating wasn't attached to the meat and underneath was weird skin. It was like the seasoned batter had made a cocoon and hadnt fused with the chicken itself. The batter on the chicken balls for me was a little too doughy. There are positives, the special fried rice was extremely tasty as well as the prawn cracker and the spring rolls. Even the shell of the chicken wings was flavorful just cooked poorly.

Food was reasonable however it was like warm. Phoned 3 times and was told to call later. 3rd call told the driver was running late.

I always order at Oriental Kitchen as it is good quality food, one of the best in the area. However sadly I can see that the portions are reducing and food quality had plummeted recently which makes me reluctant to order here again. My recent order was 45 minutes late, I called after 20 minutes from the initial estimated delivery time to be told that the delivery guy couldn’t come in? No one even tried calling mobile, which I find amusing. I don’t think I will be ordering again, it went from great, to ok, to same as any other ordinary average Chinese takeaway. Shame.

the food was late and there was not update to delivery time. I had to call to find out what was going and then tey could not find my address. the salt prawns were ok,but the roast pork and duck fried rice was awful. the bbq sauce was not the usual bbq I usually get when ordering chinese and the meat tasted funny I could not eat. The overall dish was just not nice at all especially after waiting for and extra half an hour and the food was not good. it was sooo disappointing. The most decent thing was the chilli oil.

Food was so lovely. Fresh tasty and full of flavour. Prawn toast was nice and crunchy and not soggy. Even though it was late it was worth the wait. Not greasy also

We were so pleasantly surprised! We weren't sure what to expect when we realized thus wasn't the restaurant we originalky thought we were ordering from, but everything was lovely and the salt-and-pepper bean curd was far and away the best I've ever had! We'll definitely be back :)

The service is extremely bad. I didnt receive my food till the end. But they said the food was delivered. Not sure where they delivered the food. They didnt even call me. Tje delivery guy must have delivered the food to the wrong address. How bad of a service this is. My whole family with kids waited for 2 hours and finally we didnt have food to eat. I'll never order through just eat anymore. When I contacted the customer support they told me my food delivered and said will escalate this issue to investigation team who will get back to me within 48hours. So ridiculous. So basically I didnt get my food and they telling me will investigate after 48hours. 37 pounds just went into drain.

Duck was over crispy (to the point of almost being burnt) and had dried out quite a bit. Chicken balls had the tiniest bits of chicken in them that I think I've ever come across. Definitely didn't feel worth what I paid for them. Rest of the food was okay though

Had to wait two hours for delivery and was told it was because of traffic even though everything was clear on google maps live traffic. When order arrived driver said that my address was too far out even though its only a 9 minute drive. Food arrived cold and certainly wasn't the best I've tasted in the area.

The delivery dropped my order on the floor, due to which the curry spilled all over the place and then refused to go back to the restaurant for a second order. Completely outrageous.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from here. Our usual Chinese takeaway was closed so we thought we'd give this a chance and highly regretted it. The food arrived late first of all, this however was the least of the problem. The food wasn't edible, I wouldn't have even given it to a stray animal. The curry chicken was 90% water and vegetables with hardly any meat, the chicken balls were also just basically batter with not much meat inside, this batter tasted foul. The deep fried chicken wings had some weird white marks on them and had obviously been cooked and left to cool several times, the meat was disgusting. The crispy chilli beef was not crispy at all, it was soft & soggy with hardly any beef or chilli again, mainly batter. The egg fried rice had a weird flavour and spice to it, the side of my mouth where I chewed the meat felt as if the spice was burning into my cheek... The ONLY edible thing was the chips which we didn't even want to eat after we tasted and examined the other dishes. We threw the whole lot away within 5mins or it arriving and ended up walking down the road to Nando's. I have never been so appalled by food in my 32 years. Wasted £19.40 and an hour of my Saturday night waiting for it. Do not order from here, I can't stress this to you enough, you WILL be disappointed.

it feels like you are bugging them . they get your orders mixed up and the food is nothing to shout abbout ( when they have your selection on the menu) . i would not go back

Food was great but delivery driver complained he'd had to come to far and I should order more locally, restaurant is less than 2 miles away, however i'm taking his advice and not ordering from here again.

think we got a bad end of the night batch but wasn't a nice meal. ribs small portion and dry like beef jerky and just full of onions, no meat in soup and so much chilli it was very difficult to eat. it's a shame but I won't be ordering from here again
