The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Town Newcastle-under-Lyme West Midlands

Had a take away from here tonight and it was 💯 gorgeous. Excellent quality ingredients and piping hot. Would definitely recommend as il be going again.

Great customer service and lovely food. When we arrived the place was empty apart from 2 children sat at tables playing games on the iPads/tablets. Although they were polite, the noise from the games was annoying at times. Food was amazing, the only problem was the samosas came out cold, which considering they were on the starter platter which everything else was hot, was a bit weird. We raised this and the young girl said she would let the kitchen know. Service was great, everyone was serving with a smile.

Food was nice but small portions, not good value for money. The waitresses were bece but it was obvious the place was overwhelmed. Some of us had finished our food before others had arrived and the way the manager spoke to his staff was disgusting. Also wouldn't allow anyone to order drinks from the bar but never asked if we'd like more drinks after the first. Service was poor. Wouldn't go again.

We've just had a lovely meal in The Arch. They atmosphere was very friendly and warm. Although busy their was an excellent flow and the service was very warm and the staff were brilliant, so helpful nothing was too much trouble As for the food it was excellent! It was cooked beautifully and the duck just melted in your mouth Will definitely be returning. Good value for money too.

Ordered at 4.30 for delivery 7.15 so plenty of notice guess what never turned up ... called at 08.15 said just prepping would be 30 mins ... told them forget it never use fo not trust ... shame as Raymond the original owner I knew him well

Very disappointed, chicken chow mein had very little chicken in just a few tiny pieces and was extremely greasy, mixed meat kung po was equally disappointing, just lumps of soggy battered items couldn't taste any meat in them that were not improved with a portion of the bland very greasy noodles. Most went in the bin. Only good item was the prawn crackers, they were actually very good. Won't be going again

Good price for a main, tasty, and delivered on time. Thought the appertisers were a little expensive
