Bokays is always on point, definitely one of the best Chinese Takeaways around. The food tastes fresh and not gloopy at all. It's usually best to go in and pick up as delivery can take a long time.

Wanted a Chinise delivered and tried a different takeaway to my usual. What a surprise! Easy order - very polite and clear. Delivery earlier than advised. Cheaper than our normal. Food was better than the more expensive popular restaurant . The prawn toasts where be best we have ever had! If in Ottershaw or surrounding area, well worth a try.

Chinese food at its best, the whole experience was amazing the staff were so attentive and really friendly made us feel so welcome, the food arrived piping hot, drinks replenished without any wait, food was well paced and we were asked if we wanted to have a break before our main course dish to note was the signature prawns absolutely delicious and cannot wait for our next visit I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant they could not have done more.

Despite the mixed trip advisor reviews, I decided to head down to China Chef for my evening meal, given that my hotel was only round the corner. I had crispy shredded chilli beef and egg fried rice and it was lovely. They even threw in some complimentary prawn crackers. The staff were very friendly, I only had to wait approx 5mins for my food and best of all, the price was good. I’ll be back 👍🏼

The special fried rice had no flavour the meat had no colour and the shrimp had a strong smell... none of my family ate it. The salt and pepper chips had good flavour but was dripping in grease.. so soggy potato and grease all in the bag.

Was horrible food the rice was old I saw her when she took it from the fridge I can’t describe when I ate one spoon of the rice after 5 minutes I started vomiting badly and the sea soup was awful i get poisoned until my friend brought for me some medicine from Tesco hopefully I didn’t finished eating won’t back anymore never ever and also the hygiene it’s not applied

Ordered via JUST EAT. Delivery guy phoned me twice but hung up when I answered. I called him back but didn't answer the call. I called the Take away who gave me the wrong address for my order and blamed JUST EAT. I have to say JUST EAT have not got my address wrong prior to this. I asked if they could delivery fresh 1 hour later which they did but it was just the first delivery reheated. The pork balls were limp. No apology and JUST EAT are of no use at all. Both Kwok Lai Chinese Take Away and JUST EAT need to get their act together. The food was dreadful by the way.

For a second time Oriental Flavour proved such a huge disappointment. Whilst I can accept a reduced menu given the current circumstances, greasy tasteless food is simply inexcusable.Sparse meat servings in a bland chow mein, greasy overcooked & frankly inedible pancake rolls, curry sauce l can only liken to wallpaper paste ....... Useless trying to contact them to complain so my patience & custom is lost, I won't be disappointed a third time. Go elsewhere peeps!
