The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Birkenhead and Tranmere Wirral North West

Never have I had tofu that was rock hard due to the talents of the chef, absolutely awful food and arrived after an hour. Have they changed management as I will never go here ever again, AVOID you might as well through money away, I would have been happier just eating beans on toast. Well done Happy Kitchen the worst eating experience I've ever had!

Without any doubt, this was the worst Chinese food we have ever tasted. Strange texture for the beef and chicken, lord knows what it was. Left full plates of food which the waitress took away but no one approached us to see what was wrong. Never again.

We have just had takeaway from here and it was horrible (worst i’ve ever had). Nothing had any flavour and I had high expectations given I had spent over £50. The chowmein tasted of nothing, the salt n pepper chicken was the driest chicken with no flavour at all and didn’t come with any veg just plain chicken in a box. Rice was edible if curry sauce was on it. Can’t believe we paid £17 for dim sum and the sui mai was rock hard. The starter also came with what looked like mouldy lettuce in the box! Won’t be ordering from here again, stay clear! Will be getting my money back!

Great food Great Service Great family run chippy 10/10 would highly recommend you will not be disappointed my regular Chinese chippy if I could leave 10 stars i would 😀 😉 😋 😜

The food is so much better under new ownership. It's always hot and certainly is always fresh. we love the sweet and sour from here. The rice is always very well done to boot

It was noisy but the food was amazing. The waitress was polite and i wasnt very disturbed, i reccomend chicken with soy sauce and chips also the ribs are lovely. I reccomend the xurry to go on the chips for dessert i suggest choclate cake jelly and fruit.

Almost 2 hr wait , phoned they said on way (I live 5 mins away in a car ) 30 mins later drove to shop ,food arrived tasted ok but only warm ,wouldn’t bother again ,it was for my daughter’s birthday tea kinda killed the mood
