What an amazing takeaway meal..i often order and nothing compares to to quality of this delicious menu..peanut satay is stunning..prawn crackers so tasty..cannot fault this in any way..

Absolutely amazing the flavours just melted on my tongue like an ice cream on a hot day the texture of the chips was rough yet firm with perfect salt distribution in every chip the sausage was battered near enough perfect could not recommend more love this little chippy with all my heart staple of my night time dinners and to that thank you over fork over

Avoid at all costs!!!! Sarah who I spoke to on the phone at first seemed friendly but when I called to tell her that my aunts dish was wrong it all went down hill… she luckily agreed to send the correct order out. My uncles order was a rice dish with chicken and prawn (with extra prawns) had one prawn in it. I called back to explain and was told ‘sorry but we can’t do anything about that’. We then discovered that my aunts wrong dish was actually pork, so the whole family who strictly don’t eat pork (due to religious reasons) ate it by accident as we didn’t want to waste the dish. Finally, the ‘manager’ Sarah told us ‘the kitchen staff refuse to correct the order’. No offer of a refund just ‘next time you order we will send you the correct dish’ . WHY ON EARTH WOULD WE ORDER FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN???? Rude and disgusting tasteless food !!!! I asked for a refund and they told us ‘we need all the food back’ - of course we started eating as we were bloody starving, awful awful service. So in the end , no correction of food.. just horrible attitude from the call handler.

Lots of microwaving going on...I got duck and special curry and it was just gross. Would never to back.

Just had a takeaway of sweet and sour chicken, and a starter box. We basicaly threw a large part away as it was so unpalatable - the ribs were dry, the rice was greasy and the chicken was dry and stringy - it did not taste as if it had been freshly made and cooked - will not be going back there

We ordered a Deliveroo for lunch whilst at work. We got some sort of meal deal - it was salt and pepper chicken, rice, mini spring rolls, prawn crackers and a soft drink, all x2. The food arrived lukewarm but that's more to do with the fact that we are 8 miles from the restaurant, not a fault of Chopstix so it does not affect my scoring (I get fed up of reading people down score places because of the delivery service). Chicken was nice, spring rolls were good, rice pleasant if a little dry. To be fair I would probably give it 3.5 out of 5, but I can't give half points on here and it's not worthy of a 4.0, so 3.0 it is! Worth a try but we were not mad about having it again in a hurry.

This is our local Chinese on Woodloes and I'm so glad that it is! The food is always fantastic and so are the staff, they always greet us by name over the phone and our food is always ready quickly. The portions are huge and we have never been disappointed. I like to try something different each time, so I am working my way through the large menu and every time it's absolutely delicious!

I ordered a delivery from here last night. The curry sauce is really nice, the BBQ sauce is stunning and the Chow Mein is stunning, with a lovely scorched flavour. However, the chips and the chicken balls both seemed like the oil they were cooked in was too hot. Half of the chips were fairly hard inside, but not so unpleasantly hard that I couldn't eat them. The batter on the chicken balls was not cooked all the way through, which is either done deliberately because some people like it that way, or because the oil was too hot. The chicken meat is fully cooked though, so don't worry about uncooked chicken. The chicken balls also have a sesame flavour, so if you don't like sesame, you won't like the chicken balls, but if you love sesame, then you will love the flavour of them if you can get passed the uncooked inside of the batter. For me, the uncooked batter, under-cooked chips and the sesame flavoured chicken balls are not enjoyable, so I probably won't order again. But the sauces were really nice.

This place is awful avoid going for buddle tea. 1. They fill the cups more than a half with ice and they add some cheap syrup and bubbles which are old. Trust me we been to many bubbles tea places in Coventry but this one is the worse. It's super expensive plus their owner is extremely rude and arrogant. If you leave a feedback the owner would rather insult you than rectify it. Their business will deteriorate with such owner. Never again here...we found a better place.

Never had a bad experience with them.

It is the worst rated Chinese takeaway in town, but I have to say some food that I had was actually pretty good and authentic. Good: egg foo young and chow mein. The meat was tender and juicy. Eggs were fluffy. Noodles were thin, crinkly, and saucy. Bad: fried chicken wings and fried rice.

One of the best Chineses in Ipswich might not look the best from the outside but you wouldn’t be disappointed when you try it!

Awful meal …. The chicken was pink and raw and delivery was late . I can’t get over how raw and edible the chicken balls were.

This was a take away order as the restaurant was closed . My meal king Prawn with pineapple was ok however the salt & pepper box @£17.90 was a complete waste of money 3/4 of which was inedible. I complained by telephone explaining it was grossly over cooked ( suspect it was already cooked and reheated) . All I received was “I’m sorry next time say you don’t want it cooking as much . Sorry not good enough I will not be ordering again .
