The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

Food is fine. Staff are always arguing with eachother though, it's like walking back to a domestic that you're not welcome in.

Overpriced place in an unimpressive setting. This place is mainly for people who have never been to a Hotpot restaurant before and are just impressed by the gimmicky concept or people who don't mind spending. The reality is that the restaurant itself is quite bare and it's showing some annoying K-pop that just doesn't go with the concept of the restaurant or the decor. You order yourself from the app. The ingredients that you cook yourself are massively overpriced as well as the drinks (£5.45 for some broccoli, £4.95 for a bit of pak choi and £6.95 for a can of low alcohol beer). Considering that you order yourself and cook food yourself, prices should be more affordable. That is one of the main points of a hotpot restaurant. Also, we are in Cardiff, not central London. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Frequency Kings Cross saved my day! Positioned directly across from the Travelodge I was able to successfully get a proper morning coffee ☕️ and excellent free Wifi connectivity! The coffee house has a variety of imported coffee will appeal to your taste. Gaston was the Barista | Roaster on shift when I arrived. He was welcoming and friendly! Great location and superb coffee!

The food was good but very expensive for the portion sizes. Especially the dumplings which are £10-12 for 6.

This. Take way is in my area and I walkways order from here and it is by far the best Chinese in the city would recommend very good food and service

The food was great and the table service from Jenny was delightful. I highly recommend the place. I even had a chorus of singers from the Kitchen to sing me "Happy Birthday" (with great Gusto!) whilst I was served a surprise slice of chocolate cake with a single, lighted candle. Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Got some chips and sausage for my son as we was on a little brake from kent and was very happy with the service i can honestly say all the food looked nice and for around 9pm they still have a lot of food

We are so fortunate to have such an amazing takeaway in Tregaron. Being limited with options, it wouldn’t take much of an effort to still get the business. This is definitely the best Chinese in the area! We have tried many dishes. Fried noodles, chow mein, crispy beef in sweet chili sauce, sweet and sour chicken balls, mixed hors d’oeuvres, chicken satay skewers, chicken curry, beef with peppers in black bean sauce and many more. It’s always excellent. The chicken satay skewers are amazing and the beef in the beef with black bean sauce just melts in your mouth. The crispy beef if packaged with holes in the top of the container, so it remains crisp. The portions are sizable, and I always order extra so we have leftovers for the next day. Even when they’re busy, I’ve never waited over 20min for my meal to be ready. They only accept cash, so it’s worth popping into Spar up the road for some cash before arriving. They will give you the total if you ask at time of ordering. I do wish they offered delivery, but you can’t have everything 🙃, and it’s definitely worth the trip to collect it fresh and hot. They are closed on Tuesdays, which has led to me going elsewhere a couple times. I’ve decided there’s no comparison, and it’s worth waiting until they’re back open on Wednesday! The staff is so friendly, and I’ve never had an incorrect order. When are we going to see banana fritters on the menu? 😋

Food was amazing and very tasty. Service was first class - our waitress was so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. It was our first visit and will hopefully be our first of many. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. It was up there with the very best meals out we have ever had.

This is the best Chinese food by far for miles. We had a superb takeaway, very worth collecting. Brilliant quality and large portion sizes. Piping hot. Well worth it. Highly recommend.

Just popped in without a booking and were kindly given a table. Tasty selection and such a beautiful space

This place is authentic western Vietnamese food. During the weekend get there a little before lunch and dinner rush to get a seat because it will be busy. The Pho is amazing the broth is great, the flavour changes every time I eat it but that’s ok because it ads variety 😆 we used to eat Pho at our house in San Francisco very regularly and this place makes me happy now we live in Notts. Delicious.
