The best restaurants serving British food in Danby Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

We stayed as attending a Wedding at Danby Castle. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a Double with en-suite including full bath. Other family had a twin with full ensuite bathroom. We had an evening meal and breakfast which was excellent value and so huge we couldn’t eat it all. Staff helped us get return lift to venue. Ubers don’t cover the area and taxis are extortionate prices. Would recommend if looking for really value in a lovely location

We visited in 2 afternoons as we were staying up the road at a local farm, wonderful customer service, great pint of Guiness and a lovely cosy log fire - highly recommended

We could not rate this idyllic tea room enough. Perfect location, fast and friendly service and amazing food, nothing was too much trouble, very happy attentive staff, we will certainly be back again soon. Delicious food and very reasonable prices. We also visited the shop attached which had a great variety of goods too 👍

Nice moors pub, pretty standard. But nice n clean, staff were good and friendly.
