The best restaurants serving British food in Crosland Moor and Netherton Kirklees Yorkshire and The Humber

Dixons has gone so down hill it’s unbelievable. The girls that work there are just soo disgraceful and make up the rules as they go along. Was told previously they stop doing milkshakes at 9.30 so now I just waited half an hour in a queue got to the front at 9.10 and they go now they stop it at 9. Completely disgraceful will not make it as been waiting for soo long they can’t be bothered to even put up a sign at what time they actual stop making the milkshakes. Peed me right off simply won’t come here again. They getting soo many complaints lately losing customers won’t be surprised if sooner then late another establishment that will close down if it keeps going like this.

Food purchased Saturday lunch was not good. Fish overcooked and dry, potato slices in fishcake were underdone and staff rude to a customer.

I was seated outside in the cold and left for 15 minutes before my drink order was taken. Unfortunately the service is always slow and the prices very high - 2 coffees and one small breakfast over £19. There is no get up and go or initiative, except from one member of staff. It’s a real shame as the food is good and the atmosphere and cleanliness is great. If a competitor was to open with attentive service, it would probably steal their custom. Please have some staff training from an external agency. Your restaurant has such fantastic potential but the comments from customers are always the same. Poor service.

This place is traditional. The food is very good. The one thing that absolutely is refreshing is the positive friendly customer service. The young staff are probably all under 21 however their attention to detail and care for the customers is 10/10. This is from an ex restaurant owner of many years. We will be back for sure.
