Often popping in here for a coffee and a cake or sandwich when I’m at work in salisbury. A really good local coffee shop. Definitely worth a visit. Really friendly staff.

The best pub in Britain. With the best ales (Hopback) and the best bartenders, and the best patrons.

Upon recommendation we went for lunch after viewing their Italian Menu online. 1) Food was substandard and an insult to anyone of Italian heritage that would have tasted the main course we ordered. 2) Main Course was sent back for being overly seasoned and unpalatable ! 3) Although we were the only two Guests dining (I wonder why !! ) we poured our own wine, albeit no great hardship, however, having our waiter walk by on numerous occasions you would think he would have enquired whether we would like our glasses filling? All in all, the whole meal was disgusting and not commensurate of this establishment !

Whenever I come into to use this cafe I am questioned about why I am using the cafe and whenever I use the loo I am constantly reminded by the member of staff on duty to flush the loo which I always do which has made me decide because of their poor unwelcoming attitude toward that I will not use this cafe anymore when I visit Salisbury

Came here to play Dungeons and Dragons, and Phil (who I think is the owner?) was very lovely and allowed me to purchase a kid's meal, because that's all I could afford. He was happy for me to have a kid's meal and didn't stipulate that you can only get them up to a certain age, which a lot of places do. The scampi, chips and beans was tasty, hot, arrived quickly and filled a Half-Orc sized hole. The Dragon Sunrise cocktail was delicious and a great deal of £7, too! And I didn't even have to fight a Dragon for it! Phil was easy going and laid back and we learnt about the history of the pub. The decor was great, from dragon paintings, to swords, a shield, a Welsh dragon (bonus points from this Welshie!) and lots of beer labels and stickers on the walls/bar posts, and even in the toilets. It immediately felt welcoming; how a tavern should be, and no undesirables, such as Necromancers or Goblins on site. This Half-Orc and Human Companion had a great time and both will definitely be back, for the food, the company, and the booze. (And probably another D&D session.)

Lovely little Hotel in Salisbury centre, Very close to station and large car park. Super comfy beds. Top floor room & noise wasn't an issue. Food was excellent and priced about right. Staff were mostly student age & all wonderful. Only downer was the band cancelled so no live music but can't blame the Hotel for that. Would definitely use again.

Small hotel bar which didn't really live up to its name in terms of the decoration. Small selection of beer and cider but comfy chairs. Signage for toilets is quite confusing. Some interesting objects on the walls.
