Whenever I come into to use this cafe I am questioned about why I am using the cafe and whenever I use the loo I am constantly reminded by the member of staff on duty to flush the loo which I always do which has made me decide because of their poor unwelcoming attitude toward that I will not use this cafe anymore when I visit Salisbury

It was quiet despite it being lunchtime on Saturday. Stock was low as it was the Jubilee long weekend. Staff were friendly and service was quick. My spicy bean roll was definitely spicy with a little salad. Teapigs teas rather than Twinings - a nice extra.

Placed an order via the website, paid for first class postage ( over £5) for a small item, website says it will be next day delivery if before 2pm. Admittedly mine wasn't so expected item a day later.. one week on still no item... emails not replied too. Lesson learnt, won't be using them again.

Brilliant happy staff make it a pleasure to shop here. There product knowledge and general politeness and energy is second to none. They have all given me great advice on my well being and really care. Also excellent barrista who make the perfect hot drinks!. I can't help but notice but recently the staff even tho there still great seem a bit run down. Possibly understaffed or over stretched. This is the only downside as it's not nice to see lovely people stressed and would be a massive shame to lose them!I would highly recommended this shop for the products information and atmosphere

This was my late auntie's favourite place in Salisbury to have lunch and my sister and I have eaten here a number of times. We used to sit downstairs in the window, but now one goes upstairs. On this occasion we decided to have one of the hot dishes and we ordered and paid at the till. There was only one lady serving (whereas there were several staff downstairs) and we didn't understand why she didn't call for help. One young lady did appear from downstairs, but then promptly disappeared again. A number of the tables had not been cleared or wiped, but we found one that had been, and sat down. Despite our having ordered first, the lady served food to two other customers who had ordered after us before she served our food. This gave a very poor impression. The two other customers should have been told that she was dealing with us first and that they would have to wait a while. The food was OK, but we had to eat it quite quickly in order to get back to the car park. There was no apology for having made us wait while she served the other customers who had come after us. It spoiled what should have been a pleasant lunch.

I paid for my food by credit card and was informed by the machine that it had been accepted. The staff denied that it had gone through and asked me to put my card through again on a different machine. Rather than risk the same happening again, I paid by cash. On returning home, I discovered that my credit card had indeed been charged meaning that I had paid twice for the same food. After two emails and a telephone call I managed to get a refund on my card. The pie was poor quality, and the process in getting a refund of the overpayment was too protracted.

The cafe recently closed for refurbishment and moved upstairs. Good idea! Staff certainly have more room to work in. It's still possible to eat downstairs or outside. Food is just as good as ever and there seems to be a greater range.

This is an amazingly well-stocked health food shop with a cafe. I had a delicious vegetarian pasty with the best gluten free pastry I have ever had, both in terms of texture and of taste. I followed this with a slice of lemon drizzle cake also delicious and really fresh. There was a very good range of food to eat in or to take away and a good range of hot and cold drinks available too. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and drink on offer.Service was excellent from friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The seating area looks out onto the street and the market beyond so it's nice if you just want to sit and people-watch too. I was with my daughter but would be happy to call in for lunch if I was on my own. The place was spotless, we enjoyed browsing the shop and would have stocked up on G-Free products (as they had the best range I have seen in one place) if we had not been traveling to stay overnight at a hotel. We will definitely be returning and investigating the upstairs where I believe there is more seating. Highly recommended for a light lunch or coffee and cake when shopping in Salisbury.

This cafe / shop is a real gem right in the middle of the city amidst an oasis of the usual Costas and Starbucks.. The cafe serves some beautiful quiches along with salads. People were asking what the ingredients were and the helpful and friendly staff offered to get the recipe cards for them to look at. I highly recommend the vegan chick pea and spinach pie, very nice indeed. The shop stocks a very comprehensive range of health foods and other products at competitive prices. We shall definitely dine here again on our next visit to the city.

Didn't really like the quiche and oatbar we got, the coffee was okay though. I consider it to be more a shop than a restaurant - the juices served aren't fresh (which is a pitty, as it would fit the concept of healthy food)

I met up with some friends in Salisbury and we choose to have a coffee break at Well Natural. Seeing the variety of vegetarian dishes we decided on a very early lunch and the food tasted excellent. In fact the choice was so good that we returned before leaving Salisbury to have a late tea brake just to try their equally delicious cakes. A must when I visit this town again and I am not even a Vegetarian. With food like this I would eat far more Veg. food.

This is not a review of their little eating area, it is the staff who serve in the shop. But I have held off make this bad feedback but after once again receiving bad service I have had enough.Unfortunately although the stock they carry is good the same cannot be said for the staff. Most shops in Salisbury have very pleasant staff members but not here. They keep you waiting at the checkout, yes sometimes it is necessary and I can appreciate that sometimes it is something that needs doing straight away, but not a word or sorry to keep you waiting. It is the ones that have been there for years, so no excuse and we are always pleasant and say hello, but no response. It actually seems as though it is company policy not to smile and say a cheery helloThere was one lady who was very pleasant but she doesn't seems to be there anymore??

I often go to Well Natural when in Salisbury as it's one of the few places that I can find specific vegetarian/vegan food items and ingredients. I love the cafe as the food is good it's nice to have a choice as there aren't many places to pick up vegetarian snacks and light meals in Salisbury. The selection is good and the staff are helpful. I recommend a visit whether on a specific diet or just to up some healthy food! The non food items such as vitamins, toiletries and household offer a good range and choice too.

My almost daily trips to Well Natural ltd for my morning drink or for my lunch are always greeted by wonderful service and smiling faces! The cafe has great drinks, the choice of smoothies, coffees and teas. They have nice breakfasts, all gluten free foods and a great selection of lunch choices. A nice change from the usual coffee chains all around salisbury! It is one of the only places in salisbury I choose to go for my food and drink during work hours, due to the friendly service and great food. I particularly like my monday morning eggs!

I have often popped in here to pick up lunch or stock up on healthy snacks and returned because the quality and variety of what is on offer is good and the store is clean and bright. On the day in question I picked up a few things and asked at the till to pay by debit card, the older lady pulled a horrible face (usually reserved for children under 5 when eating something they don't like the taste of), and told me in disgust they would never take a debit card for such a small purchase (they had before which was slightly confusing). The tone of her voice made me think she was offended to be processing such a lowly purchase! However undeterred and prepared to go and grab a few more items I asked what the minimum purchase was on card. The older lady again sneering at me became very flustered and said oh well I don't know but much more than you are spending. This was very odd as I had quite often made small purchases on my debit card, and lets be honest that wasn't the issue as I could have quite easily bought more. But more to the point, whilst rejecting my initial purchase she should have been able to inform me of the minimum spend. The reason I won't return is the inconsistent policy and the rude staff member. As my mother always use to tell me and the title of this review states if the wind changes your face will stay like that!

I love going to Well Natural, the staff are always really friendly, chatty and happy. It is a good atmosphere with a bright clean warm feel to it. I am a coeliac and always find it near impossible to find good vegetarian places to eat. Not only does it have gluten free / vegetarian and vegan food there is always so much to choose from. The savory dishes are well labelled and plenty of them and there is so many cakes to choose I feel completely spoilt. If I ever find a restaurant and say I want Dairy free, Gluten free and Vegetarian, if there is anything to eat then it is usually only one thing on the menu and isn't labelled. What a refreshing change to have so much choice, friendly staff and great coffee... and tea pigs !!! Brilliant, couldn't recommend it higher. Go there you wont be disappointed.Thank you,Joy

Absolutely dreadful! Advertised a la carte menu replaced with a 'bar' menu. Took the waiter 15 minutes to bring a menu and ask if we'd like drinks 40 minutes for food to arrive which was not hot. The pork belly my colleague had was wrapped in gooey fat not crackling, the pumpkin sauce was a teaspoon of orange 'something' and the seasonal veg was mashed potato and some peas. The chicken burger was deep fried and tasted of old fryer fat as did the 'tepid' skin in chips. Presentation of the burger was non existent and the two tiny leaves of lettuce were brown. This was fed back to the waiter when he finally returned to our table his response was he'd mention it to the Chef. The after dinner treat of sticky toffee pudding was solid and rubbery, not moist. The tiniest bit of ice cream and a token gesture at the sauce all was tepid. The dining room was cold and drafty. The decor tired and wall paper peeling off the ceiling and walls. Utterly awful experience with nobody interested in the overall shoddiness of the service and food. Really disappointing, especially as this is the closest hotel to work. A real missed opportunity for this Hotel and Restaurant.
