The best restaurants serving British food in Hayle South Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

We were directed here from a sales person in St Ives he told these were the best pasties in Cornwall It didn't disappoint

I ordered a gluten free pasty for lunch today and the pastry was awful, rubbery and slimy in its plastic bag. (I know it has to be wrapped like this to avoid cross contamination). Not much can be done about that, but I don't know where you buy them in from but please find another supplier. I always get a lovely gluten free pasty from Rowes in Falmouth and Sarah's Pasties in Looe where the gluten free pastry is top notch. Sorry to complain, your normal pasties are delicious, I used to eat them years ago and my husband still enjoys them, but please, stop these awful rubbery gluten-free things.

We are down on hols and on our way to a different fish&chip shop we always use but it was closed so went to sanders hayle. Clean /fresh looking,staff very friendly and food was amazing thankyou sanders we will definitely come bk again 😀

Would be great if it was ever open! Have heard rumours about staff not being paid so guess that's why. Shame as the place does great coffee.

Well I have never been so disapointed with an ASDA cafe before but this one is terrible! First was the long wait, half an hour to get served when there were 3 staff having a good chat. I had to ask to be served!!!! Then the scones or should I say bricks they were so stale, the person serving then said she had 2 left and she would warm them. Didnt get a refund because although I asked for a receipt for some reason I didn't get one.
