The best restaurants serving British food in Saltford Bath and North East Somerset South West

This is the best fish and chips takeaway in the locality, never had a poor meal. They also offer a range of other takeaway foods but I have not experienced them so far

Well I suppose this is primarily a golf club. But it does offer a restaurant, which seems to be open to non members. A group of (non sporting) friends therefore gathered for lunch Four out of five ordered Steaks, which, when served, were pretty well inedible! Despite requesting steak knives in an attempt to deal with the problem, most went back to the kitchen uneaten. The offer of a free coffee wasn't really an answer to a poorly cooked meal. I notice not many reviews have been received over time, so I guess this culinary delight is mainly restricted to the golf members!

As a group we were able to have a meal in the Buddha Barn. There were 17 of us and everyone enjoyed their meal, the service was really good and the food was nice and hot. Excellent value for money. The Buddha Lounge looked great, very light and pretty with flower walls.

The gluten free options on the menu aren’t actually gluten free for coeliacs as they fry everything in the same fryer only option left was nachos which was a starter. Disappointing, sadly had to leave without eating.

What a lovely spot for a Sunday lunch!!! The food was outstanding together with very friendly service for a very reasonable price. We shall definitely be back soon! *****
