The best restaurants serving British food in Witney South West Oxfordshire South East

Debbie and the team provided platters for our wake at a nearby pub to celebrate my mums life. She was so friendly and helpful, understanding our order perfectly and giving us the perfect selection of baguettes, even taking them to the pub so we didn’t have to worry about the logistics of getting it there on a difficult day. Thank you so much Debbie. I would highly recommend this company and everyone loved the selection.

This is a lovely cafe. Friendly staff and really tasty food. We had a salad which was generous and very good. Really enjoyed the visit. We would come again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Three Horshoes on Christmas Eve. Our room was warm and comfortable, the pub had a great atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent. They also provided a stocking packed full of Daylesford goodies for us to open on Christmas Day! Thanks to Annie and team for making us feel so welcome once again. The Stuarts x

The service at this restaurant was poor. Seemed to be short staffed. Not customer friendly. The saving grace is that the food is very good.

Fantastic. A lovely surprise. We read the menu and thought it sounded too good value to be true. Opened the door at 12.15 to find all tables taken bar one. A great recommendation . A warm hello immediately from the landlady. We were warned a bit of a wait for food , but only had to wait 10 mins for a great chilli and veggie sausages, mash and broccoli to arrive.£25.50 inc a pint and soft drink. I couldn’t find fault. Definitely our go to pub in Witney on next visit

My husband and myself we had a great time last night, few drinks and great atmosphere, very clean and the bartender really professional 👌

Server was very sarcastic and rude about id checks AFTER ID DRANK HALF MY PINT. better yet he gives me a knife with lettuce still on it from the washing machine. disgusting

Cold, over cooked chips, including a long black hair which I assume was from the miserable woman who served me. Very disappointing.
