Went here for a pint very pleasant and Friendly staff pints are well kept will be back soon thanks very much food is also very good for price also try the sausage chips and beans easy going.

Went for roast 2nd visit with the family on a Sunday . Piping hot and great veg. Would have liked gravy in a boat as it swamped the food, also lamb gravy was used on beef and chicken so really 3 gravies should have been made as lamb very strong taste for those less keen. For the the price though was very good and desserts huge.

Lovely traditional pub! Breakfast was tasty, including a coffee for £6.50. Very good value for money. Really enjoyed the coffee so much we bought a second cup. Service friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere

A great traditional pub, the staff are fantastic, the food is excellent and well priced, good selection of beers, every time I've visited it's been busy. I usually have the full English. 10/10

Popped in for Sunday lunch, well all I can say is what a delight it was, big think slice of lamb, heaps of vegetables, a lovely Yorkshire pudding and lovely gravy and all for a tenner, great value for money.

When i visit oxford,my brother in law always takes me here for breakfast....food is very good and the service is excellent.....

We love this place. Good range of beers, the landlady is lovely, there's sport on and the toilets are immaculate. But above all you can get a really cheap and delicious lunch. The food is fantastic for the price. Nothing fancy just really good tucker. Love it.

Kitchen closed at 1830 hrs. Staff wasn't interested in serving food or drink. Never met such unfriendly staff

Nothing really wrong with the place, but I am not a pub person. I also only had a drink, so cannot comment on the food. So all the crowds and noise was not really my thing.

Delicious lunch. My husband loved his fish and chips and my shepherds pie was superb. The accompanying vegetables were cooked to perfection and the gravy was yummy.

Love going here for an all day breakfast. Great value locally and a nice pint.

Cute coffee mug, but coffee itself not much to my taste. Breakfast left plenty of room for improvement, the cremated toast was the best part of it. Sausages looked like dug up fossils from Jurassic park, but were surprisingly edible. The rest of the breakfast I wasn't so sure about. Loved the funny "Nobody gets out sober" sign.

Came across this pub whilst visiting Witney. We had the all day breakfast with fried bread which was delicious and a cup of tea included in the price. Another great thing about this pub is the ladies toilets were absolutely spotless.👍 I would definitely recommend this place.

Just a really good, down to earth pub with great Hobgoblin beer and very reasonable food offerings. Staff are keen to help and very well managed. Even the music was pretty good for us older types.

A friendly Inn, which I've visited two times so far. They provide an all-day food service. The bar snacks I've had have been good.

Beautiful place with a cosy intimate atmosphere, and friendly, welcoming staff. They do a decent selection of food, and I'm a coeliac so need gluten free, they're able to cater for this too, so a thumbs up from me.

1st time going there for a roast dinner, was very nice and would go again.

Had breakfast with an ex workmate for his birthday. I know we will both be back. The staff were so busy with it being St Patrick's day and Cheltenham going on but went above and beyond to keep everyone happy

Just had the most amazing breakfast here! Full English, with a cuppa included - only £6. Got there as they opened, and there was a queue! Service was friendly & fast. Roaring log fire. Great food! Will definitely be back.

Lovely little pub. No frills, nice location, drinks reasonably priced and food A - better than OK and cheap. I had a fabulous little chicken salad, couldn't fault it for the cost. We'll be regulars for sure.

Very good pub, had a Christmas meal here and the food was excellent, seating was a bit cramped though.

This is a lovely pub providing great customer service, food,drink and entertainment. Whenever doing a bit of shopping in town we will pop in for a drink. I however asked for a sunday job 12 weeks ago and I have not been replied to which is a little rude! Overall I would highly recommend a visit here

Amazing customer service food is the best homemade pub grub. All the girls are so friendly and always helpful for gluten free.

What a rude/horrible landlady - went into the pub for a drink on my own made to feel uncomfortable- I was talking to my sister from LA - I was talking very quietly- landlady told me to ‘keep it down’ I will not be going back there nor will my friends- very unfriendly pub

this used to be a really nice pub for lunch this was the first time since lock down we both had lasangne which was burnt and dry not nice at all will not be going back

My husband and I decided to visit here for breakfast with our baby having heard such good reviews. Upon arrival the place was busy so I went in to check for a table suitable for ourselves and the pushchair, I found one suitable. My husband then came in with the pushchair and we were very rudely asked to leave! Apparently they don't allow pushchairs inside! We were made to feel very unwelcome and embarrassed and so obviously we left! We will not visit again, as obviously we will have a pushchair with us for a while now!
