What great service even though the restaurant was extremely busy the staff were friendly warm and genuinely happy to look after us. we thought we might have to wait for our lunch but it was served in good time and was delicious. The whole place was buzzing and everyone looked like they were having a great time.a special thanks to Liv, Emma and Max. Keep up the great work.

Great, healthy food options, plus naughty cake-related stuff. Hot drinks good, and they have a loyalty system. Staff friendly.

We tried the new Clocktower Bistro expecting mediocre food. We were pleasantly surprised at the service (very busy) and delighted with our lunch, a creamy jacket potato with cheese and home made coleslaw plus a good crisp. side salad...all for £6.50. Great value will use regularly.

I am a long term member of the spa gym and the last week myself and my husband have been coming the staff start taking the mats away and hoovering around us the gym during the week closes at 9pm they switched off the sauna lights at 845 and all the seating area then came in cleaning before 9pm the pool was closed by 840 and we were rushed out I heard a male and female member of staff talking how revolting it was cleaning the showers and saying awful things I did comment I won't be using the showers if that's how they feel. The young man whom has not long started working stated they always close 845 and turn all lights off I was walking around in the dark I said this hasn't happened only since this week he said it's always been the way which isn't my experience of my past 2 years membership they seemed in a rush to get out for the first time I felt uneasy being there I chose the spa originally for it's superior standards. I wouldn't expect another gym that closed at 9pm to switch off lights at 845pm or even Sainsbury's for example to close at 10pm and lights out at 945pm we only go in the evenings after work and this is very disappointing for what we pay and signs should be put up letting us know rather than sitting in the sauna and then in pitch black I had to put my torch phone on. Shame as really love the gym and pool etc

Good ingredients but cold and worst poached egg I have ever seen. Service is non existent!!! How they had the nerve to serve this is beyond me… On a positive it is clean and toilet okay.

We went for a special birthday lunch with a guest who is very hard of hearing. A table in a quiet alcove had been booked to cater for his disability. When we arrived, on time, this table had been given to others, seriously detracting from the experience. Whilst the staff on duty were friendly and helpful, there were not enough of them; the service was slow. Apart from the main course fish, the portions were very small. This particularly applies to the thimbleful of mushy peas served to my wife. The expense of refurbishment of this restaurant was wasted. The venue is letting down the reputation of Tunbridge Wells. We will not visit again.
