The best restaurants serving British food in Sandford South Oxfordshire South East

Came out of my way with my family to the oxford sainsbury’s cafe to get a good meal we saw on the sainsbury’s cafe menu online to turn up and see completely different! hardly selling anything just “soup” and microwaved bread basically. let alone not much food for children or vegetarians. don’t come here.

Our server, Emily, was excellent. The food was great too. Quiz was great fun.

Truly amazing overnight stay…. Wonderful staff, truly wonderful Nothing too much trouble including keeping dining available for our late arrival Perfect room with our dog Parking right outside room, no miles of corridor! Gorgeous breakfast with real local produce

We had some small plates for dinner as we had a large lunch. We had squid, some mushroom arancini and bruschetta. All were good size for starters and very tasty, especially the arancini. Service was excellent and staff are very friendly. Fairly small menu but what they had on offer looked good and our food was good value.
