Their brownies and cakes are to die for! And the staff very welcoming and lovely. The coffee is fantastic as well. Most coffees leave a not so pleasant after taste but this one is so light and delicious.

Price hike on Uber Eats. £9.99 for a 1/4 With Haloumi cheese. £6.88 for a cheesy chips. It's now cheaper for me to order elsewhere which is a big shame as the food quality here is amazing. Lost customer.

After reading the very inviting comprehensive website I called to make a breakfast reservation in The Lounge at 9.30am. I was told by a very supercilious telephone operator that this is not possible ...it is 1st come 1st serve before 12.30pm which is not listed on the very comprehensive website.I then asked for other options and was told very superciliously that there were none.I expressed my disappointment in this not being listed on said website and she didn't give a darn. Well shes getting paid regardless.

Whilst the food was nice, once it arrived that is, the service was very poor, due to the lack of staff over all it took over 3 hours to complete our meal and we sat for about 10 minutes with our main courses on the table on serving trays and had to ask for plates and cutlery, we ended up getting the cutlery off an another table. The food ended up being cold, they did take the steak if the bill along with the service charge. The young lady that served us was very pleasant but was clearly new at the job and was t really supported properly by her colleagues. Several of our first choices were unavailable too, it was steak night and they had run out at lunchtime of what appeared to be the more popular choices. We are all used to fine dining and don't mind paying for it, but £50 for a bottle of wine that normally retails for £16 seemed to me to be somewhat if an excessive margin. I know pubs need to make a profit but they need to factor in value for money into the equation to encourage customers to come back. There are several pubs in the area offering a similar if not better experience for half the price When we expressed our concerns and the managers reply was "dont come back then" and I can ensure him that we won't. Several of our friends had cautionary tales about this venue, and we should have paid more attention. The service issues here seem to be a common theme, and dont expect to get parked here either the car park is very small.

The guys/girls who work at Liberto Lounge are top notch - the service is always to a high quality. If you sit outside during a sunny day, you’re guaranteed to have a good time. The only thing that slightly lets the place down is the quality of food (banana and biscoff bread is amazing). Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend people come here for a casual drink.
