We came here for lunch on a Saturday. Food was okay but lots of mistakes with our order. Hash browns were missing from the all day veggie breakfast, toast was burnt in 2 dishes and had to be sent back…where’s the quality control??? They also ran out of kids menus. How does this happen? Staff need to learn to smile and come across as pleasant…several waiters looked like they were being punished to work there. One waiter in particular was seen rolling up his cigarettes for everyone in the restaurant to see. Not a good look and not something I want my children to be witnessing… Would say it was an average visit. I much prefer other franchises where we have had better experiences…!

I love Liberto’s and go there often for coffee and cake or a meal. The decor is fun and quirky and the food is great with an extensive varied menu, lots of veggie options, generous portions and reasonably priced. Yesterday we had a 70th birthday celebration there. We were eight and the service was outstanding and they made it special for my friend.

There were a lot of reserved tables but the friendly waitress quickly found one for us. The barman was very polite and good humoured and he also took our orders. We had the soup of the day which was "Seasonal Chicken " and it tasted delicious with a little spicy kick and plenty of veg with the chicken. Had we been staying in Egham, we would have returned for a meal.

Went for dinner on Friday night 11th Oct, when the place was very busy. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table for 4 but no problem. The food was excellent, we had 4 main meals and the highlight was the Korean Chicken Burger which was fabulous. What made the night for us was the awesome staff. extremely friendly, professional, attentive and so hard working, in fact some of the best I have ever experienced...what a team! We had a wonderful evening, food was reasonably priced and can't wait to come back

I have been coming here regularly since it opened and now to the quiz night every Wednesday evening. Tobi the quizmaster is very engaging and makes the evening fun along with all the other super friendly and efficient staff members, Kate, Quinn, Jess and Hannah. I've tried various menu items and have enjoyed them all. Thank you Liberto lounge

I ordered a pot of tea.I let it stand until the food arrived. When I poured it looked very weak. The tea bag seemed devoid of leaves, despite my squeezing the colour of the tea was light grey after adding a dash of milk. I asked the waitress for another tea bag. " I will have to charge you" was her immediate response without firstly examining the defective teabag. I reacted by telling her that I wanted a refund for the tea and she duly obliged. Now ,here is my question. The pot of tea was £2.80. An extra teabag maybe 2 pence. Their profit on that cup of tea possibly £2? She chose to cost her employer £2 for the sake of a 2 p teabag. !!! Another issue. When I ordered via their app it asked for a tip. It used to be that you tipped after the meal according to the level of service !! I usually leave a cash tip. Had I have tipped when I ordered would they refund the tip if I wasn't satisfied?

I have visited the Staines Lounge May times but as I was in Egham tried this one. The staff were efficient and welcoming, The decor is lovely and seating comfortable, but the food needs improvement. I ordered the breakfast muffin with bacon. It was all overcooked and dry. The lounge was not busy, so no excuse really. I guess I will stick to the Staines Lounge where they cook the eggs perfectly.

We've eaten here a couple of times, but this time ordered a take-away. The click and collect function on the website didn't work (which was initially a concern), but the staff were extremely helpful on the phone in taking the order, and arranging a time to pick it up. I arrived slightly early, and the food came out about five minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, which was no problem at all. We ordered two burgers (one of which was Gluten Free) and a child's meal. It was all prepared and packed really well, and having come straight from the kitchen it was still very warm when I got it home about 10 minutes later. Sometimes take away orders from restaurants aren't quite as good as you'd hoped, but that was NOT the case here. It was all very good. We would certainly order out from here again.

Popped in for lunch on BH Monday. Plenty of Parking spaces available . Nice garden with a play area for the children. We hadn't booked, got a table very quickly. We only had drinks and main, Chicken and Ribs combo and the double burger, both meals were very nice with good size portions. The desserts coming out of the kitchen looked very nice 👌 if only I had the room . The service was ok, there was a tall man who seemed to be the main server he was very good , we had a young lad who I think may have been new and training but still did a good job. The only negative was that the meals took along time coming to the table but as I said previously it was a busy BH

Update: Managed to attend the Karaoke tonight! 25.04.25 - The kids and I all got up and sang songs, was such a good night, the DJ was really accomodating, we will be back. Family friendly, reasonably priced drinks, good wine, amazing pizza!! Real garlic on the garllic bread pizza too! This was my first visit, was gutted to miss the Karaoke which was the night before but I'll be back for the next!

Whilst the food was nice, once it arrived that is, the service was very poor, due to the lack of staff over all it took over 3 hours to complete our meal and we sat for about 10 minutes with our main courses on the table on serving trays and had to ask for plates and cutlery, we ended up getting the cutlery off an another table. The food ended up being cold, they did take the steak if the bill along with the service charge. The young lady that served us was very pleasant but was clearly new at the job and was t really supported properly by her colleagues. Several of our first choices were unavailable too, it was steak night and they had run out at lunchtime of what appeared to be the more popular choices. We are all used to fine dining and don't mind paying for it, but £50 for a bottle of wine that normally retails for £16 seemed to me to be somewhat if an excessive margin. I know pubs need to make a profit but they need to factor in value for money into the equation to encourage customers to come back. There are several pubs in the area offering a similar if not better experience for half the price When we expressed our concerns and the managers reply was "dont come back then" and I can ensure him that we won't. Several of our friends had cautionary tales about this venue, and we should have paid more attention. The service issues here seem to be a common theme, and dont expect to get parked here either the car park is very small.

Top service from the team on a busy Friday night! Big shout out to Betsy who, despite being on her own, managed to serve an entire restaurant efficiently and without fuss and to an incredibly high standard.
