A very welcome cup of tea after a rather wet day of walking. The owner was welcoming and very kindly let me wait in the tearoom for my lift. They seem to have a good selection of things to eat and drink. Recommended.

Excellent pub, service fantastic, food cooked by David superb. Everything about our stay was perfect, rooms, staff , beer and lovely atmosphere.

Excellent meal we had the featherblade of beef and the cod. Both delicious and beautifully presented. We shared the local cheese board. The service and setting was excellent.

Lovely homely traditional pub, ideal after a long Dales walk. Beer is well kept and tasty, good range too. Dogs welcome.

Nice little pub with good range of ales and beers. Food was what you expect in a little pub, good portions and decent enough quality. Team were lovely and would definatly visit again!
