Llegué un par de minutos antes de la hora de la reserva a un saludo de bienvenida de un joven, que luego nos llevan a un entorno de cuatro. Aunque humildemente un restaurante más pequeño de lo que me había imaginado, el ambiente era tan cautivador y calmante💗. Fue recibido por una joven dama de modales perfectos y un servicio al cliente encantador (sonriendo en todo). Ella explicó las comidas y tomó nuestras órdenes. Pero luego llegó la comida 🤯 con tubería caliente y absolutamente deliciosa 😋. Nada podía faltar, la salsa especial del hipopótamo era tan tentadora. Esperamos con ansias volver, solo para mencionar también al caballero que nos saludó por primera vez notó mi discapacidad y notablemente maniobró las mesas para ayudar, verdaderamente una experiencia humilde y agradecida 💯💗💗💗

My husband and I recently had a lovely late lunch at Arlo. The staff where super friendly and the atmosphere lovely. We had a hazelnut latte and an American. The coffees where delicious. I had jerk chicken which was gorgeous and hubby had an epic burger. Top notch grub!!

Worst pint of Amstel I've tasted and they had the ordasity to charge £5.60 a pint.

Ordered a Hugo Spritz, after filling the full glass of ice, he only put a single shot of St-German, a tiny bit of Prosecco, then filled the rest with apple juice. It was hard to drink. I go back at the bar saying it’s not how it’s supposed to be done, one of the managers comes and tells me that’s how they do it in England. A loads of bs if you ask me. Especially for how expensive it is. All the other Cairn group’s institutions that serves it does it the proper way.

Poor attitude from staff member taking order that seemed to not want to be there. Couldn't memorise the order, and when kindly repeated for third time, he rolled his eyes and sent us to other member of staff just to repeat the 2x drink order again. This aside, lovely building

Great coffee, nice location. Quiet vibe so good for a spot of work or conversation.
