The best restaurants serving British food in St James Northampton East Midlands

Well what can I say...the overwhelming stench of blocked toilets put us all off our food. We were deciding on what to eat and just couldn't get the smell out of our minds so just left....how this place is still open is beyond me....

Great pub. Busy because of the rugby ( Saints v Bath ) Professional staff dealing with a lot of punters. No Guinness ( ran out), but no problem, they had Murphys on draught. Impressive service, hospitality and stout adaptability.

Good gathering-place ahead of rugby at Saints. Packed out but staff were brilliant.

The wait for food over an hour, only 2 staff on, clearly struggling to manage fulfilling the orders. Cafe wasn't even busy

I would like to suggest that the person who is slagging off the Doddridge Centre actually visits the place as Carol hasn't been there for a number of months! The staff and volunteers who are there are doing the best that they can and need local support to keep it open.

Absolutely awful! The place stunk of fish! And the manager Jason was very drunk on shift abusing my guests and touching young girls up which resulted in him Being arrested that night. And there also reusing to pay our deposit back. Absolutely disgusting by this .
