Staff friendly and welcoming. Food was very good, if a little expensive. Unfortunately the lower dining room was cold, even with an extra electric heater, and the service was too slow

I visited with family for Saturday lunch. One of our party is diabetic and the staff adjusted dishes to ensure she had a lovely time with no prior warning. Great service and food as always
