Had a lovely evening at the plough food was good, clean and tidy pub. Well worth visiting 😃

Proper English pub! Great beer, great atmosphere and fantastic staff. Really welcoming and friendly with plenty of TVs for all the major sporting action, a pool table, skittles table and darts board. Always something going on and regular live music.

Great pub and super friendly staff. 5 old mates(and CAMRA members) on a narrow boat trip last here 5 years ago. what a change! We had a lively evening with some hilarious banter with barperson/waitress Sianne. Steak and red wine meal deals good value and a pleasure to find a pub that didnt serve the dreaded Doombar. In Siannes words 'no self respecting pub should have Doombar'. Thoroughly recommended

Family gathering in a room at one end of the pub. Good beer & wine. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the steak looked particularly good. Nice atmosphere. Would be nice to go back in the summer.

What a wonderful carvery we had today. Can’t fault anything the meat , veggies, gravy. Which for me makes a perfect roast was fantastic. All 4 us loved everything. Thanks to everyone who helped make it a great experience
