The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in Richmond upon Thames London

I’m disappointed to be writing this review, but I feel it’s necessary. This is my local Nando’s, and I’ve never had major complaints—until now. About 10 days ago, I ordered two meals for dinner. A few hours after eating, I began experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, which lasted into the next day. I was so unwell that I had to take a day off work. Given that I hadn’t really eaten much else that day, it was clear that the Nando’s was the cause. I called the restaurant to report what happened, and they assured me that a manager would get back to me the next day. That never happened. After waiting a few days, I followed up, only to be told the same thing. A week passed with no response, so I called again and finally spoke to the manager, who took note of my experience and once again promised to call back. Still, nothing. After yet another follow-up, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses. The supervisor even kept telling me to “relax,” showing zero customer service skills or empathy. When I finally got the manager on the phone, he just kept repeating that I should call back tomorrow. The way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. Instead of addressing a serious concern, they seem to be hoping I’ll forget about it. Extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor customer service.

Staff are so welcoming here- Big shoutout to Denzel for always giving us amazing service and being so friendly! He’s such an asset to the team :) Would defo recommend to anyone wanting a laid back place to eat with friends.

The new kitchen at the worlds end is superb! The food is fresh and excellent quality and the service is second to none. The bar staff are attentive and caring and really look after you. It's a great local pub with excellent grub and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! 10/10. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing little place, seating area and lovely staff, will certainly be back

Lovely food, staff are pleasant, the only let down was the service, we waited a long time for our drinks which they forgot about we had to ask a few times. Mix up with our starters. The toilets are unpleasant so would avoid using them. Over priced too

Absolutely delicious starter and main, enjoyed en famille in one of the huts in the super pub garden.
