Good food. Eurico was great as a server. thanks for a great night. Loved the chicken burger. Fish and chips were excellent.

A huge restaurant with half a dozen tables being used on a Friday night. Not a nice environment with one customer on her phone watching a programme with sound on loudly as she ate her dinner. Food was good enough. Big portions though we had lobster and steak they only came with either salad or fries. We chose salad. It looked like half a bag of salad leaves were tipped out on my plate. Can't see for the cost why salad and fries aren't included. Waitress, l won't mention her name, was too overly friendly. Felt like she wouldn't leave us alone. And then when she brought the bill asked if we wanted to include a tip despite us paying 12% service. I told her we were paying that already and she got a bit shirty with us. Wouldn't go back again. Stupid prices in a not so pleasant environment though the hotel looked very plush. It's worth taking a walk to the floor above the toilets to see the indoor streams.

Rip off merchants! £1.50 for a mars bar and stingy filling on the burger! Avoid and save your money. Why must this review have a minimum of a 100 letters? I wouldn't write one if I had the chance!

Food was great and the service by M.Angelo was even better

I wanted to share my recent experience with the “Kids Eat Free” promotion at The Oceanic on 3 November. We specifically chose to dine here because of the location and this offer, as advertised on the Heathrow website. They still have the very misleading link on the webpage. Unfortunately, when we placed our order, the waiter informed us that the promotion didn’t apply so we ordered online via a QR code. Given our limited time before a flight, we didn’t have the flexibility to go to another restaurant. This was disappointing, as the promotion can be seen online and everywhere in the airport, and we felt misled. I would appreciate it if management could look into this and consider a way to make the promotion details clearer for future guests. Pretty good Starbucks and I counted about 10 staff working a s moving fast. Well managed. Usual good standard and not bad for an airport.

I ordered a big tasty meal but the quantity of fries was half the amount of fries that should have been there. Also the food presentation was really bad. My burger looked as if someone dumped things in it in a rush and it was all over the place. Been a complete waste of time and money.
