The best restaurants serving American food in Hackney London

Over an hour and a half for delivery, when called the restaurant was told driver on the way. 30 mins later still not arrived. Used to order regularly but won’t bother again. I’m a reasonable person and accept things happen but don’t like being lied to that the drivers coming when he’s nowhere near.

When I was here service was pretty poor and Food wasn't much better very disappointing indeed expected better

I stopped going for months, because the chicken was not done twice! Started back with a friend recently, and my last 4 visits were abominable. 3 times, my orders were incorrect. Twice, the original chicken was crispy. We were unable to dine in because air had been out for couple of months. The manager (Randy) has NO customer service skills and his attitude is awful! He made an incorrect order in drive through, hubby didn't go back. Next time, I ordered INSIDE and he did the SAME thing. I took it back! Once he gave someone my order through drive through while I was at counter, took it back and tried to give it to me. I explained it left the premises, it is unsanitary and is supposed to be disposed of....remake my order! Tonight was the last straw. Chicken hard, dry and tasted freezer burned. Upcharged me for white meat, when he said that was all he had! He refused to correct the situation. I could go on and on. Last visit there....

Estaba sucio y huele de algas. Wc estaba sucia y la música no era genial. Sólo vinieron a ver a mi amigo, o yo no me quedaría.

Yo y mis amigos estábamos allí para la cena y la fiesta los servicios eran de primera categoría por camarero llamar a Jhun y Samu los chicos son mejores nos convencen de comer mejor comida y la shisha era excelente vendremos todos los fines de semana debido a los servicios y buena comida
