KFC in Hackney

8 hours ago NEW Rubbish not KFC chicken quality of chicken and presentation rubbish guys cooking serving food very poor standard chicken very olily on 11 4 2024 about 11pm I would re train all staff or sack shocking food there need new managers and new staff ASAP very poor will not be going back

Ordered food from KFC Stoke Newington I can’t believe that they gave me old chicken the chicken looks as if was made the day before and the Chips was burnt and the burger chicken burger was hard and stale I’m so upset as I came home from work hungry and was looking forward to eating KFC what a disappointment

Disgusted with the terrible service given in this branch. Was FORCED to pay for large fries and drink as they didn’t have medium cup size or medium fries size. However when finally given order I was given medium drink size and medium fries size even though paid for large. Not happy with service given and will NEVER be going to this branch again.

I dont think masks for chin. Why staff doesnt wear mask properly? And why i see the ‘manager’ always having argument with customers or drivers and says them i dont serve to you go out!! Why? Disrespectfull manager...

Good service, long queue but fast. I had 4 children under 11 who were happy in the environment & enjoyed the food. Cleaning of available tables could of been quicker.

Never see a worst place like this absolutely rubbish customer service every time something happening in there first visit they forget my chips for family meal second time I ordered through just eat they forgot to put drink and side orders third and last visit was today I ordered family meal again they gave the chickens and the chips again was waited 5 mins and she says what you waiting for I said my sides and drink and when i came home I realised the coleslaw was like an ice cube they just put in straight from freezer I think never ever going there again customer service is so slow don't waste your money for worthless food.

Absolutely incompetent . Worst KFC ever - like they have no idea what they are doing, are rude and no idea about how to work with people. Food is also cold and un-appetising. Also they don't offer you a receipt and when I was there a number of customers had to come back with the incorrect orders. Check before you leave but better yet, sadly, AVOID.

Good food but the Indian girl behind the counter, who seems to be the manager. No smile and no customer skills what so ever. When I asked for my receipt, she pulled a face if it was like how dare I asked, she just pull it off the till and without even a glance or acknowledgement she gave it and walked away. I think I should mention that I was the only customer there. Come on KFC train your staff better. Worse KFC for customer service! Next time visiting Dixsy a few door away.

This is by far the worse KFC i have ever had. I've gone a couple of times thinking maybe it was just a bad day but no, every time has been a bad day. I know what to expect after KFC but its not nice to be sick after every trip to this one. The service is also very slow.

Been to better kfc's. Food is alright but staff in there seem slow and don't seem like they even wanna be there. The woman who served us just seemed like she had an attitude and could not be asked really. Tables and floors were dirty and someone needed to clean but all the staff were behind the counter doing nothing.
