Regular returning customer. Every time food and customer service is excellent. Best wings restaurant there is!!!! Would highly recommend :)

First time back at Southend in over five years & noticed this burger place opposite the entrance to Adventure island. Very reasonable price for a delicious ‘Five guys style’ burger. Brisket burger was fantastic. Mini Mac and cheese balls were also nice. Definitely visit again and recommend to anybody down Southend for the day!

I ordered from here for the first time today. My neighbour recommended them to me, I’d never heard of them before !? So we ordered a roast ( beef ) and the big kahuna burger with fries, wings and macaroni cheese. Very happy, just disappointed that I didn’t know about these guys before! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future. If you’ve not tried these before then you’re missing out big time!

Only thing ediable was chips..chicken was tasteless absouletly gross could not eat🤢🤢

Ordered for delivery and an item is missing as usual. Not something which has happened for the first time with McDonald’s either. Sorry to say, but I won’t be eating/ordering from them in future. By the way, there is no way to complain about it either. Go talk to the virtual assistant on their website and It will run you in circles to the point u will feel like pulling ur hair out. needless to say, their customer service is as garbage and un-healthy as their food.

I ordered around 00:00 and the store said it would arrive between 00:40 and 01:05. At 01:15, it was not here and I was given no information so I requested an update 4-5 times between that time and 01:30 and was met with no response. I then decided to call the restaurant but was not answered. At 01:50 there was still no contact and no delivery, so I cancelled the order. Avoid buying from here.
