The best restaurants serving American food in Ashfield East Midlands

I visited here last night for my birthday with 3 friends. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was lovely. Our waitress overheard our visit was for my birthday and gifted me a free dessert which was lovely and so appreciated 💕 thank you so much! We shall be back!

I’ve been to Ego three times and have enjoyed to food, however on this occasion I was slightly disappointed, it took 40 minutes to even get starters only after me after where they were. When we reviewed them {cream garlic mushrooms) they were just Luke warm. The rest of the food was ok. The service I did find to be a little slow, I felt like you had to go up and find someone if you wanted another drink or even to pay the bill.

Just terrible in every way. Horrible food and no service at all. Never again.

Arrived 11am. Food was pre warmed at an early time. Strange, chicken was dry the skin on the chicken was hard. The staff was really nice. Not a great experience. The man sorting the not working self ordering kiosks smoking outside says alot.
