The best restaurants serving American food in England

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

I do love a Starbucks - as does my husband. And today was no change. He opted for a latte with an extra shot, which Itried their Lavender Iced Latte. He despairs at my choices, but I do like to the try the limited editions. Staff were friendly and polite, and helpful. I will say that due to location, I was unable to get on the app and this has resulted in not being able to record my purchase. This has resulted in my needing to ring head office to add my points. Please sort this so you can add them in store!

La comida era muy desagradable, viejo, oscuro y recalentado. Este lugar debe ser tomado por otro propietario o cerrado. No desperdicies el dinero que tanto te costó ganar aquí.

By far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. They took forever to make our order (over 30 minutes) and they even messed it up by giving me the completely wrong burger, and when I went to get it changed they assumed I must have made a mistake with the order when the receipt clearly said they got it wrong. The staff member was pretty bad… I’d avoid this Burger King at all costs.

Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude & unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.

No habíamos cenado antes de ver una película en este centro comercial y eran cerca de las 10 PM, creo. Queríamos algo rápido. El patio de comidas estaba cerca de cerrar. A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

it does not ever serve coffee in the last 2 years I have gone there. Every time I ask they only offer soft drinks which I am not happy with.

When I got there we was struggling with what to order the woman at the counter was so lovely and helpful to help us I got the filet burger and It was lovely nice to see friendly staff now days

One of the nicest Subway’s I’ve had, so thought it was worth leaving a review. Sandwich was perfectly toasted. The store was really bright and airy and the staff all had a smile on their face when I walked in. Although I was just passing through as I don’t live in the area, if I did I would visit on the regular.

Waited around for quite a while and today 14/06/22 I ordered a mighty bucket for one. I got one wing, one piece of chicken and no mini fillet.... and about 10 chips. Less than half of what you are supposed to get.

Hey, Please send a replacement for the meal i bought from Peckham high Street. I just opened to start eating and realised that my order is incomplete and I'm already on my way. I try to call them bit the number i found on Google isn't going through. Can you help cause Iam really upset now

Poor and rude service , little English, 2 bit of chicken dry and llleather slipper, another was barely cooked , crazy tasted burnt and to to the lot was charged extra money because it was after 11 pm in when ask where it states this was told look on t&c in which wouldn't download , month after making complaint and 30 phone calls to restaurant with no reply , Plenty of good places to eat so avoid if u value your health and money , they are thief's and can't cook , read other reviews aswell it's a franchise and needs shutting down
