I have been using this branch ever since it's opening and used it when the previous owners were in situ. I have never ever had to complain about anything this was always my go to place until this evening. Normally I order on line, as I could not find how to order what I wanted I went into branch. I waited my calculations at least 10 mins to be served, non-one acknowledged I was there, no apologies for keeping me waiting, Priority is given to online orders, when the assistant was serving me he interrupted my transaction to serve an on line customer then came back to me and could not remember what I had ordered (good in it) When I got home the chip order was missing and the meat was hardly warm. When you are handed your order you do not expect to have to check it after ordering in front of the assistant, I make this vow now after my experience as a loyal and dedicated customer I will never set foot in the place again, if the assistant by the name of Gwen has served me this would never ever happened her standards were very high. It is alright potentially for the owners to say you should have said something, what are my options go back for chips and have a cold tea (that is on the assumption the owners care ) I will leave that for you to judge). I am flabbergasted at my experience tonight I make this vow that I will never set foot in the premises again (as I have already said), but I will ensure as many people know of my lack of customer care tonight. My tip is do not go near Zan's it is nowhere near it's reputational standard in Allenton. I take no pleasure for writing this feedback, however I felt regular customers should be aware of my experience. For those who have used this place before I say bring back George.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude & unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.

A fantastic jem at this time of day. The staff are friendly which always starts the day well. I ordered the Big breakfast, which was large enough to feed me .. That also starts the day well. Overall I can say this is one of the best spoons I have visited. I'd love to thank the staff for their friendly service and happy atmosphere they project. What a great way to start the day before heading over for a training day. Well done everyone.

By far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. They took forever to make our order (over 30 minutes) and they even messed it up by giving me the completely wrong burger, and when I went to get it changed they assumed I must have made a mistake with the order when the receipt clearly said they got it wrong. The staff member was pretty bad… I’d avoid this Burger King at all costs.

Shocking service. Went through the drive through and was sat there for nearly 10 mins before anyone took our order. We saw many cars leave because of this. When we got to the window we waited again as our drinks were being made. Thought drive through was suppose to be quick! Then when I got home, they had placed my cake upside down in the bag which meant all the icing was stuck to the bag. Why would you think this was a good idea! Rubbish!

We were tired and hot when we stopped here. Opting for toasted sandwich (foccacia, chicken and mozzarella and chicken and bbq sauce), and a cold drink, we cooled down and rested before continuing our journey. Sandwiches were tasty and freshly heated. And the drinks very refreshing: creme brulee brown sugar frappuccino and strawberries and cream frappuccino. Great service and great food and drinks for both of us!

We had not had dinner before seeing a movie in this mall and it was close to 10PM, I believe. We wanted something quick. The food court was close to closing. I had never heard of the place we chose, but I liked the menu and took a chance. Good choice. I got a steak cut into small slices. The meat was surprisingly good and perfectly prepared for what was just a mall counter place in the food court. The potatoes or french fries, I cannot remember which it was, was very good also. My wife got a lamb burger, I think. Who knows? The important point is that she also really liked her meal. It was more expensive than the Five Guys we had gone to in the mall when we saw a movie in the very same theater, but it was worth it. However, it was vastly superior in quality. A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

One of the nicest Subway’s I’ve had, so thought it was worth leaving a review. Sandwich was perfectly toasted. The store was really bright and airy and the staff all had a smile on their face when I walked in. Although I was just passing through as I don’t live in the area, if I did I would visit on the regular.
