Very dog friendly, greeted with a bowl of water for the dog. Really lovely food, outstanding service and the most friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely return and highly recommend it!

Much nicer than Greggs in my opinion and staff are a lot more polite. The quality is better.

My friend and I had a lovely afternoon tea in Llanelly House - the sandwiches, cakes and scones were really delicious and we had copious amounts of tea and coffee to go with them. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It gave us a chance to chat and catch up and spend quality time together in the lovely environment as we don't see each other very often. After the tea we had a tour of the house and the very knowledgeable guide, Craig, told us lots of interesting facts and the history of the place. I learnt a lot of new things that day especially as I had grown up just across the way from the place before it was restored. I am looking forward to my next visit to Llanelly House. I highly recommend a tour and afternoon tea to anyone that would like a lovely afternoon out doing something different.

New cafe in town, food is very good, we had breakfast which was really good value for money, well cooked and well presented.

Terrible customer service. Staff are so rude shouting and swearing at me because my order came to £7.50 I was told I need to spend £10 on my debit card. I addressed this with the owner nothing was done about it . Definitely not a good place for children listening to the kitchen staff shouting and swearing at someone . You can't just have a coffee if you have a debit card. You will be told you need to spend £10 on your card. As they need to pay for the card machine

Banging breakfast, staff were brilliant. Really nice place to visit for a family get together

The food was late and we felt we only had what was left ( eg. No roast potatoes no cabbage, burnt parsnips. Tasty but we felt it was throwned together.

With 1 hour notice you guys u fead 30 people with starters mains/carvery as 1 of the options and deserts I had a mix grill myself it was delicious a big thank you as another pub let us down do not want to name it thanks Steve and the staff x

Made a large order and there was one meal missing, always quite annoying when you have to go and collect a meal twice. I ordered a Vindaloo, Ive had spicier crisps, it was not a standard Vindaloo, lacked spice and had no burn.

Had my 30th surprise birthday here in the fiction room a while ago. Buffet was great & the staff were so accommodating 😊. You provided one of my best memories with family & friends. Thank you ej’s

I’ve been walking past here every day and have always wanted to go in, the art on the walls always gets my attention. This week we decided to go for lunch, had a jacket potato and it was delicious, nice and fluffy with plenty of beans and cheese, the staff were really friendly too. Food was slightly pricey for a work lunch break, but everything is now! Will definitely go back soon.
