Enjoyed a bacon sandwich and a cuppa...reasonable prices and friendly staff. The bacon was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy without much fat.

I recently dined at Jafran Indian Restaurant and had an incredible experience! The warm ambiance and beautiful decor reflect Indian culture perfectly. The menu features a fantastic variety of authentic dishes, all bursting with flavor. We started with crispy samosas filled with spiced potatoes, followed by the butter chicken and lamb vindaloo, both cooked to perfection and served with fluffy naan and fragrant basmati rice. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations. Overall, Jafran is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine, and I can’t wait to return for more!

A really lovely place with really friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the welsh cakes were a lovely touch, and our dog had a blanket and food and water bowl. We stayed in the family room with our 1 year old and there wasn't a cot avaliable, which was the only thing, but we have a travel cot so wasn't a problem. The food in the pub for dinner (and breakfast) was fantastic, there was a good choice of locally sourced food, and really good and quick service. And our dog was treated like a king for the whole stay and even got his own breakfast sausague. We're looking forward to visiting again in the warmer weather to enjoy the dog play pen and the beautiful garden.

I think there were about 14 of us came for lunch a few weeks ago. My sister managed to book us in on a beautiful day and the meal did, like the staff did not disappoint! Our food was brought out quickly so that we were all able to eat together and my gosh, wasn’t there a ton of it! Fantastic to have choices of potatoes- roasties, plus mash or boiled as that always upsets someone! The option of mixing the meat up went down a storm too! With the options of buying the extras at reasonable prices being a lovely little bonus! The huge bonus however was the free traditional style dessert with plenty of selection from rice pudding to lemon tart and pretty much most other things you can think of, all home made with choice of custard or ice cream! Too full to eat dessert? No problem, they will give it to you to take away too! The staff couldn’t do enough for you either, checking in on everyone and the coffee server ;) had a great sense of humour keeping everyone in check too! We will no doubt be back (half the family already have been so I hear!)

Sandwiches bulked out with lettuce, tomato and cucumber, then info on the table telling customers, you have an hour at the table unless their not busy,,,more info on the table telling customers if they want the coffee and cake special , which is only on for an hour in the morning you actually only have 45 minutes so they can clear for lunch 😂. So while our sandwiches were ok at £8.50 each,we won't be returning it's not worth the journey to be watching the clock and having the threat of being asked to leave because your time's up at the table

While its in an unusual building on the edge of a business park this is a breakfast place you really do need to try. My wife and I are seasoned travellers and have enjoyed excellent beakfasts across all 50 US states but we have never had such quality pancakes and fruit outside of the US until now. Foodology to their credit clearly take great care in sourcing and cooking their ingredients. All dishes are prepared fresh and the care taken shows in the taste and presentation. Highly recommended.
