Lady with clear glasses and unkempt hygiene, needs some customer service training very unprofessional made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly. Bed and shower were great. However, there was a damp smell pervading throughout my room; everything was tied and needed a refresh.

Food is always delivered hot and stunning and the staff are so friendly

We held our wedding reception at the Ynyscynon yesterday. It was only a small reception but the buffet food was amazing, well prepared, fresh and tasty. The staff prepared the room so it looked beautiful and the bar staff were all fantastic. The day couldn't have gone any better and part of that was down to the professionalism, friendliness and support of the staff at the Ynyscynon. Thank you 😁

driver said he tipped coffee but the coffee was completely missing from order and he didn't have nice attitude

Appalling service, went for a wedding anniversary meal, took over 30 minutes from the first plate arriving to the last to arrive, had to ask for veg, which had been sat in a Bain Marie of some sort and re heated as pees we’re dull and shrivelled, and gravy and the extras ordered. Food was mediocre and just warm, ask to speak to the manager who wouldn’t come out to see anyone, all they could do was to remove the extras that arrived once people had finished their food! Obviously don’t care about their customers or reputation at all, avoid with all means.

Frequently visit for Sunday lunch but today I witnessed them using a dust pan and brush covered in hair to sweep up on the food counter. I will never go there again. Absolutely disgusting. Asked for a refund and left

A beautiful carvery with the family. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Brewster's. Staff always go the extra mile.

Asked for extra bbq sauce on my bbq pizza which obviously annoyed them and therefore they put less than normal so ended up being tasteless!!

This place is a disaster, around 3 girls serving at drive through window and only 1 at front counter.. Long wait in a short queue and when we received ouf food we had 1 meal that was OK and the other had hardly any popcorn chicken or chips in. Took it back and had bit of attitude off the young chubby girl who stamped her feet and walked away.. I can see why they work in KFC. Management needs to get it sorted.
