The best restaurants in Victoria Newport South Wales

Decided to treat myself seeing as it is a Friday night. I have read exceptional reviews about this place so I ordered and went for a Chicken Tikka masala and the flavours were unreal!!! It was the perfect meal. I will 100% be back and try out your new ch Makkahni as my friends have recommended it. Thank you so much for the meal!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had been looking for a decent Lahori breakfast place for over a decade (tried all the ones in Cardiff). So happy and pleased to discover them, finally we have authentic Lahori breakfast place in Wales (over the moon). Haven't tried their rest of the menu but Halwa puri, Naan chana and their paratha are all top class. I can't thank enough to the owners for bringing this delicacy to Wales. Absolutely love this place for breakfast.

Excellent bakery bread lovely and fresh you can freeze loaves and when taken out they are still fantastic. Ice slices are the best I have ever tasted.staff are helpful and friendly great bakery

Love this place. Friendly, relaxing . We go there every week. When the sun is shining it stays all day on the terrace overlooking the river . Owner Simon is a nice guy and Oreanne his sidekick is really friendly. Mary x

Fantastic! Used to come here a lot but not been for years…. Well I’ve wasted my time elsewhere! Great family place , friendly atmosphere and food looked amazing and tasted better. Family run for over 40years but being sold due to retirement, however they won’t close until it’s sold so fill your boots and get the best while you can. Fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻

Visited for a gig (part of the Newport trails festival) cracking sound technician. Good staging. Great bar staff one of whom spoke welsh so bonus points for that.

The owner is such a great guy who is always caring and respectful. The food is amazing as well. He charges good prices and serves good food been going to him for a couple of years, and won't stop going
