Standard take away pizza, fast delivery and always good services. Can be very expensive unless there are offers of vouchers.

Tiny portion dinners, not enough for a child. Terrible service and terrible food since change of ownership.

Absolutely shocking , was regular customers and I rang at 18:50 got told 50 minute wait delivery then turn up at 20:50 , got sent straight back not happy at all

Amazing food amazing staff and fast food cooked with skill u like mirchi masalla! Avoid mirchi masalla and come to Elachi Express. Curries are outstanding.

Drove 20 miles only to find out I had been given wrong meal when I got home.Don't take cards. What's the point of phoning you to report error. Order should have been right in the first place. Couldn't drive another 36 miles for replacement.

I’ve used papions for years when fancy a kebab, but I will never ever order again after tonight’s take out, burnt chips , melted box, doner meat was chunky pale and dripping in grease, had awful attitude of the guy that came on phone, was really rude making comments like what u want me to do change my knife, and you not that regular as u not used us for 42 days !!! I mean I don’t have one every night , then after about 15 mins on the phone he sent another up that was even worse… wish I could put photos in this review, absolutely disgusting! What a shame as was the best place to get a kebab for yrs ,

Outdated, food over priced for students now, all classrooms need a refresh

Had a few meals from this takeaway and they've been first class every time. Really tasty and fresh. Definitely one of our favourites!

It was a good experience. Food got a bit cold when it was at the door but overall it was alright.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches. Huge portions as well and really reasonably priced. Plenty of treats on display, might tempt myself next time! The lady who served me was pleasant and friendly as well. Overall a great stall in the market.

We went to Franco's for a hot drink after a walk along the beach. We waited at the 'Please wait here to be seated' sign... Several staff members saw us, nobody said anything or even acknowledged our presence. We noticed two parties from two different tables stood up to try to pay. They were also noticed and after a couple of minutes of them standing a staff member walked over to them, with so little enthusiasm I was surprised he was able stand upright, and attempted to help them settle. The significant lack of engagement in customers, arriving or leaving left me feeling like they did want or deserve my custom, so we left without getting to see if they were any good. They have two stars from me because the place looked okay and while we waited I did see some people eating, so the food must have been edible. But I can't comment beyond that. Pity as I was hungry and might have persuaded my partner to stay for food after our hot drinks.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they fancied wasting their money on a poor experience with unprofessional staff
