We’ve been customers here since the day it opened, always had a lovely meal until last week, it was awful, phoned to speak to them as we queried a new chef but not the case. Offered a replacement next visit. Phoned the week after and offered a mere 10% discount? Sadly they’ve now lost two regular loyal customers. Avoid its drastically gone downhill

Must of changed the chef as food tonight was full of garlic and chicken was under cooked and curry watery the last time I had food from here it was lovely what ever they did this time they need to sort it out

Really disappointing! Ordered tandoori special platter, full of fatty gristle and missing prawns . Chicken kallia had barely any chicken. Naan bread had strange tang. Don't waste your money!!!

Ordered a takeaway tat 4pm o be collected at 6pm We collected at 6 pm and it was COLD when we got home, which is 10 minutes away. We had chicken korma, chicken curry, 4 pappadums, 2 poles-rice and one Peshawar nan and cost £27.50. The Korma was vile. So sweet it was inedible. We mixed some of the chicken curry sauce into the Korma to try BUT it made no difference to the horrible korma. The only thing that was edible.

Elachi used to be an excellent indian takeaway unfortunately standard's have really dropped over the past few months almost all meals have been very disappointing apart from the odd occasion

Quick delivery and food was piping hot, so that's good. Didn't enjoy the food however. The curry seemed to be made mostly of coconut milk. Very strange flavours. Overpriced.

They don't take card but the food smelt amazing and authentic. Unfortunately I only had access to Google pay as I couldn't find my card to withdraw Any money I couldn't sample their cuisine. Still highly rate as the food was looking top notch

Food was hot memt be ready collect at 7.20 but wait in place till 7.45

In a pandemic where we are encouraged to make cashless transaction I was told cash only , seriously it makes me wonder how hard would it be to take card payments ,

Ordered takeaway to collect in 30 minutes. On arrival went to pay only to discover they don't take cards. Was asked to walk to atm 200 yards away in heavy rain. Left food there. Disgusting.

Elachi Express is by far the best Indian Takeaway ever. The service is second to none with the added ability to order online, over the phone, in person and they also offer a local delivery service. Whichever you opt for, your meal will be ready on time as advised by the staff. We have ordered numerous meals over the years and every meal has been first class. The most favoursome Indian Food we've ever had. We would never go anywhere else. P.S Their Onion Bahjees are a must have ! 👍

If you want to try Asian/Indian cuisine but have always been dubious about trying, come here first. The food tends to be milder than some but is very tasty & is top class. :D

Really tasty chicken tikka bhuna and mushroom rice. Other half loves the shashlik. The only let down was the biriani, a little bitty with a very poor vegetable sauce, personally I found that inedible so will stick to bhuna for future visits. Clean, new and run by really friendly people

We have take aways from here on a regular basis. The food is always excellent & we have never been disappointed. It arrives hot & quickly if you want delivery & the taste is superb. Highly recommended.

Have had takeaway's from here multiple times whilst working in the area. The food has been brilliant every time. There can be a bit of a wait if you don't phone ahead to order but that's a good sign as they're always so busy. Recommend the chicken pathia and the chicken tikka fried rice, beautiful!

Fresh and clean take away. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We have ordered from here a few times now and always thoroughly enjoy our food. I love the fact that you can watch them cooking your dinner.

The best curry we have had & we have eaten a fair few.We had chicken jalfrezy & it had the most chicken pieces we have had in a curry,so much that we could not get through it & saved for next day.Polite courteous staff on the phone & free delivery.This will be our favourite from now on.
