Crap customer service phoned them and was told nothing can be done until Thursday because the boss wasn't answering his phone two and half hours took for delivery the bread roll was soaking and fell to bits they excuse was condensation from the box will not be ordering again even though we was good customers it's disgusting the way they handle things just saying people stay away from there spent alot of money there but no more

Massively improved since the last time I ordered from here and will most definitely be ordering again! Very impressed. Came hot, great portions, and was absolutely delicious

Very nice pub, the staff were excellent and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. So five stars there. The food was average pub grub and lacked the extra attention needed for an evening meal, at £17 for a pie and chips I was not impressed, so, three stars there, drinks expensive, I can understand why it is a brewery-owned pub, the people running it are great though.

Small rooms, but very good breakfast, including very nice coffee. Lots of choices, can recommend the cockles, very tasty I’d far rather have it that way round than big room and crap breakfast

First impressions were that it was very quiet for a Friday evening. Not 1 person in Bar and just 3 tables in the restaurant (9 people). Menu was completely different online and we were advised it was new management. Seemed a very Basic menu. Ordered 2 Gammon, 1 Regular Burger & 1 Lamb Burger. Onion rings. Cheese garlic bread. Asked the waitresses if there was any sauce on the Lamb Burger her reply was 'No'. Advised that I could have 'No sauce whatsoever' . Her reply 'I will make sure' Food came and all looked nice. Gammon very undercooked. Went to cut Lamb burger in half to pick up and sauce absolutely oozed out. Not slightly but lots. Showed the waitress who said she was very sorry and would deal with it. Meal was back within minutes. Same burger as previously as the original cut was still there. THE CHEF HAD WIPED THE SAUCE OFF THE BURGER and put it in a fresh roll. Had to send it back as I'm not able to eat red sauce/relish ect. All food was left as the others were not even asked if there food was ok and it upset the whole table. Asked to speak to the manager and was advised he was busy. When we asked for the bill and advised we wouldn't be paying for the burger he appeared. Unfortunately he couldn't' see what was wrong with the situation. Didn't understand that wiping the sauce off was an issue and could have made me very Ill. Total bill £69.

Great food, staff couldn't do enough and were so accomodating. Port Talbots secret gem of a restaurant.

Another visit and another great experience in customer service, josh and Kara were warm welcoming with everyone, great food but even better service

Very poor quality food, the chips were soaked in grease where the oil must be filthy! One of the chicken balls Was pink inside where it hadn't been cooked properly..the batter was soft and greasy and thr curry was tasteless. The girl who served me and who took the order on the phone had no patience and was quite rude and appeared to be fed up and miserable.. will never go here again over priced and terrible food.

Popped in to book a table for the evening and have a quick glass of wine,couldn't get in for the evening as it was fully booked but my wife and I stayed and had a bottle of wine and sampled a few tapas, WOW it was fantastic,the welcome was fantastic from Tony and the chef Rhian,the ribs were to die for full of meat and flavour, couldn't fault it and can't wait to go back for an evening,highly reccomned, great place, great food and fabulous friendly staff ❤️

Had a lovely lunch here today with my grandmother. The staff were very kind to us and lovely to talk to. Treated my and my nan wonderfully.
