The food is good, service is fantastic. Only down side is the food doesn’t seem to be cooked fresh when you order as it’s ready too quickly. Also a bit expensive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable on gluten free.

No air con, towels stunk of cigarette smoke and the toilet had streaks on arrival

Shocking wait time - left to wait over an hour for food for two people, whilst the table received their food next to us having ordered at the same time. Another table near us complained about the wait and received their food before us, despite ordering 10 minutes after us.

Went into greggs this morning for 2 bacon rolls, 1 person serving on tills and making the rolls, he was handling money and making the breakfast rolls with no washing of hands I was mortified at this so left my place in queue.. No thank you.

Just visited this Gregg's store and was served by Lyn the manager. She was too busy telling a group of young lads(well behaved) to move if they weren't buying anything. She actually messed up both my pasty requests and gave me 2 pasties that I didn't want. Unfortunately I was unable to go back into store as I was already out of the bridgend area by the time I noticed. Thanks for the poor service.

This is a first class award winning fish and chip shop. Fish / chicken nuggets cooked to order. Great selection of pies, fish, sausages, rissoles, curry etc. My great grandchildren love chips and chicken nuggets or pie or sausage form there together with a Slush Puppy. Give them a try!

there was a missing chicken burger

Have been expecting my order between 8.05 and 8.25pm, it arrived at 8.45pm. It was also incomplete.

We visit here regularly the service is always slow . But Sunday 6 th April this year was absolutely carnage. Who ever the manager is needs sacking immediately. There was more safe stood behind the counter one with a pink clip in her hair although she is young but so was the waitress who normally work Saturday she told us was covering worked her socks off she gets paid the same gas the one who left dirty plates on the table pulled faces went yuck the one with the pink thing in her hair !! I never witnessed such laziness while she run ragged bringing food out we waited an hour 40 mins for whole Barbie stood there she served a family fried while we all was before this woman in the Que ! I’m sorry you really need to take note tut don’t deserve good staff . Food was ok when it arrived poor management lazy staff

Went for lunch yesterday at The old mill harvester pencoed. We were waited on by Liz What a lovely lady….so kind, helpful and friendly. Was a pleasure to have her serving us 😊

Me and my friend went in 5 minutes before closing time and was served with amazing service and amazing food. I would highly reccomend

On our way to Wales we decided to met our joining family at this venue. Must say it was a lovely lunch stop, picturesque location. The food was really good along with the service by Josh. Thank you guys for a great start to our family holiday in Wales.

Slow service, whenever I order through the app, always get items not turning up, absolutely abysmal service, if you have no chicken, how about removing them off the app! Useless idgits
